Swimbait fishing lures - this video explains the lure, the hooks I use, and a "How to" of my DIY trick for getting them to last longer. I'm not sure if I invented this method, but I've never seen it done this way before. After wearing out a ton of swimbait lures fast, I came up with a unique way to rig a swimbait so that they can last 2, 3, or 4 times longer. If you rig a swimbait using the method in this video, they're weedless, can last significantly longer, and save you money.
My favorite swimbaits are Keitech Swing Impact FAT and my favorite colors are: Sight Flash, Black, and Fire Claw.

Hi Neighbor! Awesome....thanks for subscribing! 🙂 The size of the o-ring I use is 12mm ID, 18mm OD, and 3mm width. The size of the o-ring, though, depends on the size of the swimbait. I've tried rubber o-rings but they don't stretch as easily as silicone.
