They should have made an iPhone 15 mini.

Ahh...the product red mini was the one I wanted! I didn't like the big phones craze. Was just about to upgrade from the SE3 and Apple dropped from their line up so I got the 13. Very happy with it ...but when I see that lovely little phone again....
The regular 13 is not a bad choice. You have a larger battery with the standard model.

You heard correctly and I have to keep prices reasonable
since you got the phone in 2021, have you noticed any battery performance difference between ios 15 and ios 17? I am still on ios 15 (with 100% battery health since I barely use my phone)
Personally, I haven't noticed any difference other than software related changes.

Can we buy refurbished 13 mini is it good ?
If you can find one in excellent condition with still a high battery health percentage above 90% in settings. Then I would say it’s a good buy for the right price.

You might be able to find a sealed in the box new one on eBay since most sites would have a used or refurbished product for sale.

You could try Apple refurbished, eBay, Amazon, Swappa, or Blackmarket. There are other places out there but those are some of the main ones that come to mind.
