    • No, not kudos to ALL of the pilots, only, most of them. Who’s the moron from WorldWide asking how long the delay is going to be? IDK, let me check my delay list under, “man on wing.” Really? This is the kind of stuff that drives me crazy. I mention that there is a problem on the airport for whatever reason, and no one is moving. Two seconds later, some idiot calls me ready for taxi. Do you not listen to what’s happening on frequency before you call? Ugh! I’m sorry, I know I should be more patient with pilots, but some things just grind my gears. ‘Is there flow time to LGA, JFK, ATL? ‘ You’re kidding, right? Maybe my expectations are just unrealistically high. My rant is now over.

    • @@MilkBoy17520 I disagree. I’m a Captain at a major airline in the United States. This was a plane on the active runway with a crazy passenger on top of the wing, the last thing I would want to do is an intersection departure in front of the plane. With your jet blast blowing on all of the police behind the departing plane. There is nothing to explain to the company. The controller told them what was going on. The pilots most likely had a commute to catch after they landed. If you think this was a smart move, you are even a bigger idiot. The guy on the wing could have been a terrorist or armed and the last thing you would want to do is move closer. The only explaining they would have to do is if ATC approved their departure.
