  • I'm a Christian, he's a Muslim. It doesn't change anything because I love this humble warrior. He has kind and loving heart and soul and that's shines through him. I understand talking crap before fights makes it hype but everything Khabib is doing is the right thing to do for humanity and same thing for Dustin Poirier as well. I will be very transparent and truthful. When Connor was talking crap and Nate saying off the wall statements it was entertaining in my opinion to an extent. Colby Covington is a very skilled fighter and has been merking his opponents. With that being said, he has a very big mouth. Some find it entertaining, and we all have our own opinions My whole point is that Khabib and Dustin showed a great example for adults, kids , future fighters on how being respectful, and showing love to one another is the most important thing in our lives. I hope this is the new trend for UFC. It shows who the real champs are! Where is Conner and Askren now after all the trash talking?? That's a whole other subject on Askren because I really respect him too for giving interview shortly after he got kneed to the moon. Also his journey was different just to get to UFC he was pretty much forced to act out to draw attention for Dana to give home that chance. great cards coming up going to be exciting!!

  • I have a new found respect for this man to be honest!!!! Very humble, honest no bs, and he is in my the best pound for pound fighter. This was from a Conor fan, hence was, after seeing him punch a old man for refusing to take a drink. Love to see a rematch and I might be actually cheering for The Eagle.

  • Khabib carry's himself with alot of humility, respect and a pretty good sense of humour in places, which is pretty rare from his region. Think what you will of him but he is a great example for martial arts. Most fighters are just working out how to defend his style let alone beat it. Dustin did everything he could in that octagen. He's got to get the pound for pound now. Hard to deny.
