  • This man gives hope to short players who love the game and know what skill really means in game...in this era u really have to he special to play at NBA at this size cause standards are changed...

    @skiptomylou1717@skiptomylou171719 күн бұрын
    • He's not short, he's 6'2", same as Steph and Kyrie. And you need to be LESS special to be short in todays NBA--it's easier for small guys to draw fouls by flailing, easier for shooters to dominate, and there are way less rim protectors. Imagine being 6'2 in a league where the PF was 6'11 and you could only take 3-4 threes a game or you'd get pulled. It was Chris Paul (6'0) who gave hope to short people way back in 2005. I only mention him because I am certain you don't know who Nate Archibald is, and you probably missed Allen Iverson's career. Also: he's the son of an NBA player, which is less hopeful for short, skilled players who don't grow up studying and learning the highest level of the sport from day zero.

    • @@skiptomylou1717 Fair enough, Tiny isn't a household name, so I assumed. I asked because the phrase "give hope" implies there wasn't already plenty of hope for small guys to shine. E.g.: Trae Young, Kyle Lowry, Van Vleet, Shroder, Tyus Jones, Patrick Beverly, TJ McConnell, Darius Garland, Collin Sexton, Lillard, Cole Anthony, Marcus Smart, D'Aaron Fox, Malik Monk, CJ McCollum...and I have to add Ja Morant because I added Fox, even though their freakish athleticism puts them in their own lane.

    • @@skiptomylou1717 Also Tyrese Maxey is 6'2, and Donovan Mitchell is 6'1. And you can throw in players like Terry Rozier (6'1) and Mike Conley (5'11) as every night big minute contributors.

    • @@MuckNoya C'mon, bruh. I've always thought that Melo was overrated, but all he's had is one dominant season and a great first round. Very impressive, but Melo was dominant in NY for like 4 seasons, Including the one where he averaged 28.7 and it was the SAME hype as Brunson now. I'm just saying let Brunson do it for a couple years or go deep in the playoffs. When you say shit like "by far" in an arguable situation, it really sounds more like recency bias.

  • The "Best Knick ever" caption lowers your credibility immediately. You guys make great videos; you don't need to clickbait that hard (I know, I fell for it). He had ONE great season, this one. Last year he was very good, but so much that he surpassed Ewing, Frazier, Melo, or Willis Reed in terms of what he's done.

    • you gotta chill wit the credibility jive cause lots of people are saying this. He had a helluva season last year too you must not watch the Knicks dude

      @LeeDaHitman@LeeDaHitman18 күн бұрын
    • @@LeeDaHitman He had a great season last season. But when you say 'best in any teams history' you CANNOT just put a guy who had a good year and a superstar year ahead of they guys who brought their only two chips, nor Ewing who bled Knick colors for his first 14 years of 23 and 11 basketball who did all he could to challenge MJ in the 90s. That's something you expect from a casual fan who doesn't care about history, not a channel that watches basketball highlights all day, every day. He can certainly become that, but you have to actually win something first, even an ECF appearance.
