Just grate the potatoes! I have never eaten such a delicious dinner! Simple and cheap! A quick and easy casserole with potatoes, onions and eggs. At home there is always some flour and yogurt. You will love the new way to prepare potatoes. The casserole made from potatoes, onions and eggs is incomparable! A simple, quick and delicious recipe for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Cook with joy!
🥣🥣🥣 Ingredients:
2 potatoes.
1 onion.
2 eggs.
200 ml liquid yogurt / 6.8 oz.
180 grams flour /6.3 oz.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
100 grams cheddar cheese/3.5 oz.
Parsley.
Salt, black pepper, paprika.
Vegetable oil for frying.
