They do the same for Hogan 'lifting' Andre, who was ordered to lose 50LBs before WrestleMania. Fireman carry position with no movement is much easier than what Kane is doing here with his arms and legs. Anyone who does basic lifting knows the difference, fireman carry is one of the most effective ways to lift and carry heavy loads. Not to mention The Big Show lost a lot of weight during the PG Era, he was probably around 350LBs during Cenas double lift (Edge was probably 210LBs). And while Big Show was probably never 500LBs (Wrestling always lies about height and weight) his size is more broad here than it was for Cena. Cena is a strong dude and a loyal worker, but he was never as strong as Kane in his prime. Not even close.

    • That’s clearly not true. The fact is, he was never really that over. Not in the same way as Daniel Brian, The Rock, Stone Cold or CM Punk. Fans liked him too much for him to be a heel champion too. The wwe MADE him. Do you really think wcw or TNA would’ve done a better job?

  • When Kane made his debut, he was like a Jason Vorhees, he'd go in and destroy everyone. It was awesome when he'd have to take on another big guy, because then it was a little more evenly matched. They slowly made him into a joke though, similar to what they did to the Great Kahli, same thing they did to Big Show. Those guys were all slowly turned into jobbers.
