Two men were just exonerated today after spending 20 years in prison for a murder they did not commit, after prosecutors framed them shamelessly 20 years ago. Imagine being an innocent person in prison wasting your life away because of a crime you were framed for, where everyone believes you are a murderer. The court system is Indifferent to that kind of injustice; it only cares about processing people through the system; justice has nothing to do with it. In fact, the court system finds the idea of justice to be an annoyance, that gets in its way of functioning, as it slows the system down. I have seen this attitude in action during trials. One online anonymous poster on a legal forum put it best: there is no justice system. There is only a system.

Lindell always fell back on claiming that (regardless of anything else) if what he was claiming was true, shouldn't that be the only thing the reporter should care about (i.e. again not bothering to question if it was true, but act as if it was true).

I suspect that if it comes down to Trump-Biden again with no viable alternate or even a good "protest vote" candidate, he just won't vote for President. My former GF considered herself a Republican but found nobody to vote for in the General Election for many years. She didn't support the Republican nominees but couldn't bring herself to vote for the Dem either. (She was one of those rare strongly pro-choice Republicans and all the Republicans who won primaries were anti-choice.) Not even willing to vote for "the lesser of two evils."

Trump had good people that he wouldn't listen to. No one in history has fired so many staff or has had so many staff resign or leave. Trump doesn't even respect our military. This is just my opinion, though. I liked some of his policies, and unfortunately, they didn't get to completion because they were thoughts and not action. I also hated some.

That judgement was awarded through arbitration, there is no court involved. The arbitrator's decision is final. Zeidman should be paid.
Mike can just ignore the order and not write the check. Then Zeidman needs to sue to seize the assets from Mike, plus penalties and interest. But by the time Zeidman waits for a payment that doesn't come, files a suit, gets the judgement for a court to seize the asset....there might not be any assets. Zeidman can't expect immediate payment or even payment by arbitrator deadline. the deadline has to pass, notices given, new final payment request by X date given.......yeah.
