Thank you for sharing this! It seems KZhead has a flood of content with people looking to rent apartments under $3000, whereas you hardly ever see apartment tours for the budget range you show here. It's aspirational without being completely out of reach.

Nice apartments! The decorations on the steps are not necessarily for Halloween. Many people decorate in fall with pumpkins and vegetables to represent the harvest season which lasts from late September to mid December.
