I lost my beloved Rupert 2 years ago. He was and will always be my baby boy and I miss him terribly. We were all alone during the lockdown, but we had each other. He got sick not long after that and there was nothing the vet could do they said, but I begged her to save him. After realizing she did all she could, I cried and had to accept I was losing my best friend. I'm crying just writing this... his ashes are with me and I talk to him everyday. I know, may sound silly but I'm homeless and he was all I had. It brings me so much joy to see others get the gift of unconditional love and giving these beautiful and most precious dogs a good home. Bless all the animals and their families. And to you all reading this.🙏🏻❤️🐶

The mouth says no, but the puppy breath says YES!!!!!! I’m the one who brought home the puppy. My dad taught me how. I was 23 a single mom of a 2 year old and ….SURPRISE!!!!! Alaskan malamute puppy!! He looked exactly like the huge wolves at the zoo. My son was so confused about play dates
But then you have to love them even when they are old, have issues, pay the vet bills and not anymore so cute 🥺

My heart squished when I was at a local humane society. I was between two. I was holding my current dog and she put her head down on my shoulder and I knew she was the one.

A dog is for life to parents out there, get a dog you keep it for life 💯 allot of weak people out there dumping their dogs, like dumping your kids
Smh 🙄. I am aware some people do that, but I think some of you would rather no animal ever be adopted. As a parent, the last thing I need is some stranger telling me how to care for a pet, how it's a commitment it a responsibility or how I need to teach my children to interact with it.
These pet surprises always make me emotional, they bring so much joy to someone’s life. It’s like watching a bunch of people become healed with the blessing of caring for a sweet animal, and the sweet animal has a new loving home. So sweet 😭

I love these videos and I do. The one thing that upsets me is hearing people getting mad at the original animal in the house and their curiosity over the new pet. Please don't get mad at the old pet because you bring the new one in. They aren't doing anything wrong, I agree with keeping the old animal at Paw's distance, but this was their home first.

You know you can get pure bred dogs from rescues, too.
No. They prefer an overbred bulldog or dogs with the Merle Gene, even if they are getting sick.
I have mixed feelings about some of these surprises. It is very expensive these days to properly care for a pet. I hope people getting pets for seniors are also willing to help with vet bills.

I was thinking the same thing! The primary dog just wanted to meet her/his new sibling! True self showed itself treating the primary dog rudely. Faking for the camera!

He was preoccupied with talking about the puppy and his other dog obviously jumped up and presumably looking at it took him by surprise and either caught his bare leg with its claws or snagged his shorts down as he seems to be pulling his shorts back up. Come on guys he was just exclaiming . Treating the dog rudely...classic!lol

Maybe its because thousands of these are filmed and the ones that cry get put in a compilation. It might be a skewed view of the big picture. To be honest a compilation of folk not giving a toss when a new puppy turns up might be A.Boring , B.Concerning. I'll put up with the crying and think that these pups have got a home for life.
