I think lily is quite balanced. Overall shes not a very good brawler but her gadget and star power make her good enough, but not overpowered

Her gadget is too OP imo. Also her gadgets reset, while she is in the shadow realm, so she can easily survive end games when she uses her gadgets wisely.
