  • My dads friend Dave was a gambler in Reno/Lake Tahoe for the better part of the 1980s and 90s, he would go off for days at a time, come back to his apartment for a few in Redding. He always made some kind of hit, sometimes big enough he would celebrate around the apartment complex. He didn't have a job but I remember him working on things for people, and he was good looking so he always had some chick to crash with. He was a very easy going laid back guy, never drink or smoke, prayed to Jesus all the time and listened to this song on the radio.
