    • Seriously that was one of the most savage dumps I've ever seen and he didn't even seem phased. I used to do fight training, sparring, bag work, and I wasn't bad. My coach was an incredible fighter. He trained Dave Bautista back in the day before he blew up, same with Randy Couture. I had some one on one time before class started one day and we sparred. I pinned coach but couldn't submit him and he knew I'd burn out so he wasn't sweating it. Afterwards he said he was really surprised I was able to get him from full guard onto the mat. I have a ridiculous pain tolerance level and I was scrappy. All that being said, that slam would have been enough for me to never get in the ring again. I could take hits but these guys are straight up monsters. There's no messing around with beasts like them.

That part you mention he already fully let go and FE just kinda reached back out. Fedor still had class and picked him up off mat in gratitude for the fight so that’s all true even tho he had a couple cracked ribs. There kimura is devastating to be caught in. Ironically it’s a submission where in order to be effective you have to atleast threaten that damage. • Fedor was so good it barely slowed him down at all. The ease with which he reverses positions when compromised is incredible. This is a man high up on GOAT list.

  • Мало кто знает, что Фёдор сломал в этом бою ребро! Когда Фёдора спросили, как же Вы закончили бой со сломанным ребром, он ответил, что почувствовал боль только когда Рандельман после боя в знак уважения поднял его на плечо
