  • In the Amazon Rainforest, leaf cutter ants use their jaws to cut off chunks of leaves from trees, and maybe other plants. Then soldier ants protect worker ants as they bring the leaves back to the colony’s ”farm” were worker ants that stay near the queen ant, the leaves into mold and other fungi to eat.
