  • I was hysterically laughing at his little impression of Anderson Cooper and my laugh turned into crying when I realized how much life he had in him. He's so pure that this interview seamlessly turned into a storytelling session, even the interviewers forgot to ask about Davidoff. Paul is so amazing, I just wish he was here a little longer. • Life takes the best people from this world and replaces them with murderers, and criminals, or just self absorbed individuals. I still cry like a baby everytime I think of Paul. His ideologies, his mannerisms, his insightful words. He reminds me of a cooler older brother or something, because he resonated well with the youth. He inspires me given where I’m at currently. I’m in the same position, battling the same issue. I wanna act but also be free and I’m from a low income family, life is tough. He inspires me to see the light beyond the tunnel, and the reason I say “inspires” and not “inspired” is because I hear him when cars rev the engine… I see him when I look in the mirror.. and most importantly I feel him when I free ride or foresee my future. This man was not only authentic, but he was inspiring and passionate. He had dreams and aspirations. He was humanitarian, philanthropic, and uniform. No current actor in the world thus far, could imitate or replace who he was. There was genuinely nobody like him, and I mean physically most importantly. But he was my childhood, and I remember watching him on ‘Eight Below’ when I was younger. RIP Paul W. 🐺🖤

  • I know this seems corny, but I've looked up to Paul as a role model for many years. A few years ago, I watched these off-screen interviews for the first time. It was really cool listening to his whole life story, and realizing that he had such a wonderful personality. Paul didn't get caught up in the Hollywood crap, and he always contributed to the environment, natural disaster relief, and people in need. I never even met the guy, but I'm really sad that the world lost an incredible soul such as him. Rest in Peace dude. I'll always remember you, and the ways you've made me strive to be a better human being.

    @JuhaKankkunenn@JuhaKankkunenn10 жыл бұрын
    • I feel the same way too. He's my role model too and he coulda been for many others. I always admired his work and his life, that he didn't want to be just one of the many, he was always on his own way. He was a nice, humble and talented person, a handsome, down-to-earth guy who was a star, but never lived in the Hollywood fame. Also, he didn't do drugs, party all the time, sleeping with another girls every night, cheating, he wasn't that kinda guy. He was a great man and an even better father. Sadly i also never met him and i didn't really saw any of his action movies (because i don't really like the genre), but i could always relate to his drama roles as Mike in Noel or Jerry in Eight below. And of course, as a big science guy, he was always an idol to me as a marine biologist as well. Not to mention his humanitarian work and the great look at life and everything in it...simply a perfect human being. I hope one day i may be half great man as he was...that'd be a huge achievement to me. It's a great loss for humanity. RIP, Paul

    • Glad to see others that feel the same way I do, his death is definitely a marker in my life. I've been grieving and it does hurt like if he was brother or friend. What an Amazing person to have stayed grounded and close to his family and the Earth after so much success. He was God sent and was and is to be a role model. It sucks not to have him physically in the world but I know he is definitely our angel watching over us. Much Love.

    • Doesn't sound corny at all!!! I think many People feel just like you and what I love, is how many male Fans or males that looked up to him and liked him, he had! It really says a lot about him too, to not just be the Women's dream kinda guy but also somebody Guys/Men would want to be Friends with and I absolutely agree with what you said about not getting caught up in all the Hollywood crap!! Makes him even more attractive.

  • The most natural open interview I've seen... Just a guy havin a laugh and sharing his passions!!! He was so animated and excited talking about shark men and ROWW!! Can't believe he's gone. My heart is so broken now and I never had the pleasure of knowing him but I feel like I've lost a friend. I've loved him since skulls but Fast is one of my all time fav films and loved running scared. Only last week I was watching the trailer for hours and so excited to see him in such a different role. Now I don't know if ill be able to watch it.. And fast 7 a huge part of me wants it to be finished some how in memory of him but the rest of me can't watch it given its nature and the fact that the only way to finish it wit him would be to kill him off and that would break my heart all over again. Paul you were truly an amazing person who wanted to make a difference to the world to help others and not use your name to do it superficially. You got into the depths and worked to help so many people and it's one thing I wish I had know about you when you were still with us. You have left a legacy to be proud of and the world was a better place for having you as long as we did. My deepest heartfelt condolences to your daughter, family, and friends at this difficult time. I hope that they find comfort in the fact that you were so loved by everyone. I will never forget you or e joy your work has brought me since the first time I saw you in she's all that at @ 15. We will miss you and remember you always. Rest in peace in a racers paradise with Roger!!! Xxx

  • Besides him being kind, extremely good looking and inspiring me to be into cars, I always wondered why i just cannot move on from his death. But today, years after watching this video, I realised why: he acted like a completely normal guy just like men in our lives do, with his own interests (cars, marine biology). People nowadays are obsessed w posting stories on their instagram and clothing brands to prove something, while they dont have any knowledge or passion for anything. I’m not old, just 19 & fed up w the bullshit. I swear no one seems like a genuine person anymore. And it breaks my heart when I see Paul here being so pure, honest and real, people like him are just so rare 😢😭

Just love how real he is and what I find really attractive, esp for being in that biz, is that it's not popularity, women and attention that make him tick but actually having this passion for things that are deeper and more meaningful. It really is a very rare find to have someone this handsome with such a rocksolid character and integrity. • I like how he talked about UPS. i worked there in college and he's right, you wanted to be a driver because you start working in the warehouse loading/unloading the trucks. you can tell he actually did the job at UPS....really cool.

  • This is such a great interview. Paul would be a cool guy to be bros with. He is pretty down to earth and a real man's man. He was so humble and used his position to help so many people. So very sad and he will be missed.

You get lost in his glowing energy when he's talking and laughing. I could listen to him for days and days. His joy was contagious. We love you Paul. #RIP
