The heavier they are, the better they ride. Want a smooth ride? Get a heavy bike. As long as there is enough power to match, I wouldn’t care if it weighed 1,100 lbs. Right now, today (3-17-2024), I know where one of these is with under 3,000 miles; they’re asking under $43K. That might be a deal… I don’t know. Thank you for this video/demo. Subscribed.
I appreciate you for taking the time to watch and for the comment. Years ago, when i first started riding, weight was a factor, but as you get the experience of riding, it becomes a non-issue for most. That said, as my knees keep getting worse, weight is starting to creep a little bit more year by year. That said, a 900 lbs bike is, as you say, incredibly smooth to ride down long stretches of road. Ultimately, it's for the individual to decide what they want, and for me, as long as you're riding, I'm happy! As far as 43k goes, it's not terrible considering what the new CVOs are listed at. This is an exclusive bike, and they didn't make many, so its a collection piece for sure and if you have the money and want it then why not. Thanks again and happy to hear your take. Stay safe
