Shiit that was a good year. I was married 1yr to the love of my life and we both love listening to this album. The love of my life passed away to breast cancer in 2013. This reminds me of her every time it comes on. RIP Charmaine

still hot, take off your nostalgia glasses. Back then a lot of people were also following stupid trends, dressed the same to fit into some mainstream stereotypes. Just as they do today. And there are still a lot of artists that "are themselves" expressing themselves, Billy Eilish as an example for mainstream pop music, but there are a ton of cool individual artists withing underground scenes all across different genres.

The sad part is that they performed this during the break up :(
That's very Fleetwood Mac of them
They broke up in 1994
@@amandaclaire6779 But they went on tour for 2 years & had to keep reliving this with every performance & interview.

♥️🧡💛💚💙💜
The basslines are underrated.
You're not supposed to acknowledge that it's a band and not just a solo act.
I agree, that dude is killer on bass. Also, this song is about him lol.
He's amazing and not under rated, anyone with talent or any decent ear knows that man and the entire band is fabulous.
stop saying "underrated". Please
@@justbrowsing5279why have guitar solos? There’s highlighting dear!
You can clearly hear the pain in her voice. I can't even imagine how hard it must've been for Gwen and Tony to perform song about their break up over and over again but somehow they made it. WOW! ^^
Veronika Bělocká I'm wondering if they still have the 'feelings' when they performed it. Like if they feel weird, sad, funny or anything. :/
Kind of like Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks; as many of their songs were about their relationship, also. It must've been difficult at the time, on some level.
Revolution1117 I love your dp btw. :)
fuk off I don't no how she could of been attracted that packy or whatever he is she could get any guy in the world he s an idiot when your in a band always together shit happens
That "idiot" IS No Doubt, his funk and groove make their sound. Not to mention he is a primary contributor in the song writing process.
Cette nana enchante mes journées, son interprétation, sa beauté et sa présence sur scène facilitent le temps qu'il me reste, je rêve de la rencontrer, j'ai 70 ans et suis malade ❤❤
I miss the 90s!! Just turned 40 this month (2 days after Gwens bday 😍 ) and I remember when they came out. She was so good on stage- pre costumes etc. Just rocked it out on stage. Her vocals were so badass.
I'm turing 42 Sunday and I still love this song today
i'm 40 too this year... june 2023. god damn i miss my teenage years
I love how raw and disheveled her hair was in her youthful days...breath of fresh air
ladysaane I was thinking the same
Young
I miss it...
stamata den mporw na anapneusw
3:16 , you can really see the tears in her eyes
Those are sequins 😂
I agree. I believe they are sequins.
30 year crush 😍
Damn you could hear the emotion in this one. I felt like I was her and feeling what she was feeling.
Someone in 2019? ❤️ Who can resist Gwen Stefani? ...AN ICON of stage presence! Emotional and beautiful. The emotion and pain is unbearable to watch :'(
Gwen still had her baby face here. Love her. Why can't we have more tomboys in music like this?
preach
she's more feminine than most these days
Because now the tomboys are just men wearing dresses
Why wouldn't she at the age of 26 (She turned 27 later that year) ?
hard to believe this was almost 20 years ago. Gwen is still awesome, one of my fav singers ever.
27 years now 😢
27.5 now
28 years now.
After 25 years, her performance of this song is still awesome. I come back here after watching her live performance of this song in 2021, just to compare the difference. Damn i love her!
Being a musician, I very rarely remark on vocalist's or musician's looks, because I think it's irrelevant. BUT, I must say that Gwen is probably one of the most attractive / alluring vocalists in the business, then, and now. And of course, that VOICE! She really does has it all...
It's just a girl
And Beth Ditto.
Revolution1117 Yep, People thought I was basic because I thought she was sexy but when you can hear and pick out the harmonies in her recordings you know she's for real.
yes
Thank yo
Gwen is love, Gwen is life. I love her music, and this is my favorite one ❤️❤️❤️ (even tho im 11 im a 90s song kid)
Literally the most beautiful song ever. ❤You can't listen to it without crying.. At least I can't... 😢
really love how she just sings with all her emotions for this song. you can just hear how much she's into the song at 3:47
People watching in awe. Love you No Doubt!!!
This is the best version i've heard, awesome emotion and performance.
I was at that show. Stationed at Ft. Carson at the time. Great act to open up for the Goo Goo Dolls and Bush. Who knew what was in store for her life and No Doubt at that time.
Me too what unit were you in ? I was 2-12 Infantry then 43rd ASG
Best place in the world to see a concert.
It's on my list...
I WAS THERE!!!!! This was my first concert. :)
❤
I saw Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers with the Fabulous Thunderbirds there back in the summer of 1981 while stationed at Lowry AFB. Man, where has the time gone?
This never gets old 😍
Why can't we have more tomboys in music like this?
we have them! Hayley Williams, Jenna McDougall (i hope i spelled that right) and almost every female fronted local band in this world
I'll be coming up in the music industry+"tomboy attitude" in my music so idk what will happen lol

@@poolworld1 🤣🤣🤣🤣
There are only 3 of my favourites. Gwen Stefani, Avril Lavigne and Hayley Williams. They've changed over the years but I still love them.
I'm in love all over again just like I was when I first saw her in 1995
What a Queen 👑💖
I love this song so much
I graduated in 97 and my HS girlfriend played this nonstop for like a year. I never understood it. We were together the whole time! HAHAHAHA!
Gwen still had her baby face here. Love her.
Every single member of this band is on fire here.
Every time I hear this song it reminds of my dear wife who passed away from testicular cancer last week.
Fantastic performance!
Already 20years but im still listening to this epic song
@3:48 I always feel that emotion when I watch this.
What a majestic place with unbelievable band
I was in college and loved the music from back then. She was so cool. Loved the way she dressed and performed.
Man, I bet this was a great show. I wish no doubt was this young now, would’ve loved to follow them / go to their shows 😩
Anyone who just sees her Hollywood now should watch this - the soul she put into this before she was widely known. Magnificent.
I miss the 90’s so much. People were so relatable, now everyone’s a victim of something, even if it has to be themselves or make it up.
Oh Gwen….this song, touched my heart so deeply. Thank You as well, for being yourself! Which I admired in real rock Chicks! What an icon! Beautiful song I never forgot! You,and the incredible Fleetwood Mac lead singer Stephanie Nicks are two add Blondie my heroes ❤❤❤ PS these incredible icons helped me through some dark times, and even helped me to get back to where my heart drove me. Creative writing and poetry. So, if anything I can say,is NO DOUBT! Dreams! Can happen! Blondie……well just she’s ..Your all …such ..inspirational ladies ! Beautiful all, in your own way. Never change who you are bc if the person around you won’t accept you …well they aren’t for you…..life lessons via lyrical GENUIS …mentioned above!🌹🌹🌹
I was here. I also saw them at the Ogden Theater in Denver just a couple weeks after this. That show was incredible. This was right before they really blew up. Great days.
Nothing like a red rocks show. 🙌🏽
2034 She isn't crying Its tears of heaven ❤
That beauty and that voice!!
Emotional and beautiful. The emotion and pain is unbearable to watch :'(
And just like that I'm a teenager again with a massive crush on this gorgeous woman.
Tremenda interpretación!!!! Lo increíble después d tantos años se sigue disfrutando!!! Eso sí es música que trasciende !!
Average bands in the 90's are top tier in todays age! Sooo good. Memories!
I like 90's , no phones up in the air
If you could read my mind love, what a tale my thoughts could tell.
The tone of her voice...there is no word to define it ❤❤❤❤
I was just 3 months old when this performance happened and somehow I have found this song while growing up and listen to it as if I were watching it live that day.
es normal que ame tanto a esta mujer LA AMOOO!!!
@ 1:40. Her voice. She is wonderful.
Amazing ❤
Performances like this is why I started to listen to No Doubt back then. Now when I see Gwen all dressed up and hear her sing you can tell the rawness and energy is not there anymore. It's all about the paycheck now. Give me a Dive Bar with an up and coming band over a "$100/ticket entertainment-performance" any day.
Joseph Aguilar Rose tinted glasses. Its tough if you are an ageing artist to create some truly big hits anymore. Especially considering music is your primarily skill. Gwen isnt young anymore, she at most can do tours and adapt to today's music.
It’s all about the difference between being in your ‘20’s and in your ‘’50’s....gee wizz, if I was supposed to still be dressing like I did in my ‘20’s and singing songs about the break up with my first boyfriend...while ignoring marriage, motherhood, travel, maturity, life lessons, a changing world etc etc etc, I’d be Madonna...I’m glad that Gwen has remained true to herself throughout her life’s journey, and brought us along for the ride.
FUCK YES i will jam this song forever, so heavy in a soft way haha
I’m glad these videos exist to remind me just how mesmerizing and hot Gwen Stefani is.
I would pay so much money to have been at this concert
good voice, angelic look and talented bass and guitarrist
Used to live just south of there, went to so many shows I lost count, night shows were just freaking magic there....
90's the best era
90's..was.. surreal epic ❤️ But....something..in the 90's Still....Hurt..💔
in memoriam song with my wife
This, for the record, is my favourite live version of this song. So there you go. I think it might be because it's quite simple and he sticks to the electric guitar for the solo.
holy shit I wasn't expecting this… great performance!!!
Who can resist Gwen Stefani? ...AN ICON of stage presence!
Great performance! And what a venue!
Man o man. Those were the days.
Fantastic Song 💕 Thanks 💕
The difference between then and now is back then people went to a concert to enjoy themselves, now people go to concerts to record it and post it on social media.
Sorry for you loss. I lost my wife of 43 years last year to cancer. I know exactly what you are going through. It's hard to keep going on but I will. May god bless you and keep you safe.
Excellent camera coverage!
Espectacular, que buena banda.
What a beautiful voice
It’s hard to believe that this was 28 years ago! I mean…..are you f ing kidding me!! It’s still awesome though!!
@wiltchamberlainisthegoat13 indeed....among other things, Gwen Stefani is still a beautiful woman...if I think that I'm two years younger than her, it makes me want to cry....😁
I love Gwen .she's so awesome
If I could marry a song, this would be it 😍
Mystical venue.
I remember watching this on PBS back in the day.
Love very much this song
Memories....
what a tune, great memories
I’m pretty sure I went to this show and it rained real hard and she was dragging the guitarist around in a couple inches of water on the stage. He was laying on his back while still playing and it was absolutely crazy! She was calling it a giant slip and slide and they were having the time of their lives.
