Evidences of the Book of Mormon: Hebraisms

2018 ж. 19 Қыр.

Some critics have disparaged the Book of Mormon’s language for being too repetitive. This may lead readers to wonder if it has any literary merit at all. The following video demonstrates that the Book of Mormon’s redundancies are actually sophisticated literary features which, in many cases, are similar or identical to literary techniques used by ancient Hebrew authors. A number of other Hebrew features can also be found in the text. These traits provide remarkable evidence that the Book of Mormon is indeed a masterful work of literature. It just follows ancient, rather than modern literary standards.

  • I study and read Biblical Hebrew, and there are literally thousands of Hebraisms in the Book of Mormon that were retained in the translation. Neither Joseph Smith nor any of his associates knew enough about Semitic languages at the time he brought forward the Book of Mormon to include these types of Hebrew literary devices in the book. This is one of many evidences of the book's divine origins.

    • Leo Duren. Hi, Leo! Shouldn't you be wondering how a book (Book of Mormon), written in "Reformed Egyptian" (according to Joseph Smith, Jr.), contains "Hebraisms"? I'm not the Biblical scholar you seem to be, but that's the first question I asked when I first heard about the BoM "Hebraisms". Is the question inappropriate or stupid? Please explain.

      @42apostate@42apostate3 жыл бұрын
    • @@42apostate No, it's neither inappropriate or stupid. Great question. The answer is that the content and grammatical structure were Hebrew based (Nephi and other BofM writers document that they were taught and understood Hebrew, although the Nephite Hebrew evolved over the centuries), but the Reformed Egyptian characters were just the written vehicle used to communicate the language in writing.

    • Incidentally, although these traits and literary tools in the Hebrew languages of the old testament, for native English speakers, they also happen to be indicative of a poor grasp of written grammar, which definitely fits the profile of a rural farm boy with a limited education. Records of Joseph Smith's young life indicate that he had enough literary exposure to be more than capable of fabricating something like the Book of Mormon, while having enough limitations regarding his education that his grammar would reflect such mistakes and shortcomings. If parallelisms were such an integral part of the translation in terms of preserving the original feel of the source material (which never existed to begin with), then it would have been made known then, not now by apologists who are trying desperately to resist the undeniable prognosis being reached by modern science that religion and god are human fabrications. This is nothing more than a shallow attempt to lend credibility to one of the most successful scams of 19th century America.

    • He wrote the book in his 20s. Where are you getting "farm boy". His mother states, he can quote chapters of the bible and so he can clearly read. I find it weird that the book of mormon is written in old English, parallel to the king james version. We know he ripped off the bible because he added things in the book of mormon from the bible the wernt meant to be in the bible, but Joseph smith didnt know this. With over 1000 changes since 1880s, this book doesn't tell the same story that the original one does, that god wrote.

    • @@calebwarren8168 interesting how you try and make him both capable yet incapable of doing what he did. When the grammar he use is proper for how he used it in a book fundamentally claim to be a record of the Hebrews. He should use Hebrew grammar, not English grammar. I know you completely missed that in your diatribe. But the thing that this video does not touch on is the number of Egyptian isms bitter in the Book of Mormon, such as we turned our back to the land. That is a uniquely Egyptian phrase. Because for a long time, Hebrews and Egyptians, before what we understand to be the dynastic period, had a very close relationship. So much so that if you read ancient documents you realize that the builder of the Great Pyramid of Giza was Enoch. That knowledge is common in the Middle East and has been common in the Middle East for several thousand years.

Why couldn't you pick up the Bible and read it, like you did the BOM? That is where you can read first hand accounts of Jesus Christ by his apostles. Did you fast and pray about the truthfulness of the Bible, or did you ignore it and just read the BOM?

    • @@meditationmusic8654 well to tell you the truth I have read both. As well as our modern day church history and about 90% of our modern day prophets talks. Our history of our church is found in the Doctrine and Covenants book of scripture as well as the Pearl of Great of Price which helps to understand the Bible itself because the Bible has been done over so many times. But back to the Bible. I am currently teaching about the old testament and I have a strong testimony that it is true to a certain degree like the Book of Mormon. The only exception is that the one book is older and has been rewritten 3 times more than the other and the old testament has certain attributes that are not true because that truth was not yet discovered such as sacrificing at the alter. Which is kind of a bad example but do you see what I mean? As members of the church we believe that both books are true we just believe the Book of Mormon is more accurate than the Bible. Hope you understand that point of view 😀

  • WONDERFUL! Thank you for sharing this. You cover a lot of ground in this video. It is remarkable to me that chiasmus in the Book of Mormon was not discovered until 1967--but after decades of reading the Book of Mormon, and not discovering it without it being pointed out to me--and likewise with the Bible--I consider chiasmus alone as outstanding evidence that the Book of Mormon is an ancient Hebrew literary narrative--as authentic as the book of Matthew in the Bible, with its chiasmus as well--add ALL the parallelism and other Hebraisms discussed in this video, the internal literary evidence is essentially irrefutable. Of course, critics and opponents will continue to doubt its authenticity, as they doubt the historicity of the Bible and of Jesus Christ Himself--seemingly no matter what. The strongest evidence of the Book of Mormon continues to be the witness of the Holy Ghost, and I suppose that will be the case until the end of time, when we actually meet the Savior and the other authors of this book of scripture, the word of God. I testify that the Book of Mormon is true. I know it! Thank you.. :)

Also, it's funny that your straw man is still a theist; if you want to find reasons why a religion is wrong, you don't look to another religion. You look to reason and science. Is there a remarkable level of coincidence shown in this video? Yes, but why should we assume that because something happens in a way that merely seems perfect to us that it must be because there's a magical bearded white man in the sky who controls everything? If you want to find truth, you first have to consider the evidence. If a seeker sets out wanting to find something specific, than that's all they will find in their searches whether it's true or not. All of this "research" that supposedly corroborates the book of mormon has been done with the final conclusion already in mind, and that method ultimately only serves those interested in preserving misconceptions for the purposes of an agenda.

  • Don't forget the Egyptianisms that are in the Book of Mormon, such as, "We turned our back to the land." That is a phrase that is unique to Egypt. It is not a hebrewism except where the Hebrews may have used it because of their close ties to Egypt before the dynastic period. It also sounds like phrasing is frequently used at the beginning and end of a commentary much like we use an Oxford coma today. Many of the chiastic verse are used in the earliest rendition of the Hebrew Bible. And some were redacted because of that complained about it being repetitive. However in the original Hebrew text they still remain.

Parallellism can be found in the English translation of the Book of Mormon; so therefor the same parallellism must have been in the original Reformed Egyption language version of Book of Mormon; and that's indicitive that those writing the Reformed Egyption Book of Mormon were influenced by Hebrew writing techniques.

  • What is the importance of this subject for our understanding of the New Testament? It means that translators and expositors must take into account not only the common usages of Koine Greek, but also the peculiarities of what we may call “Biblical” or Jewish Greek. When we have good reason to suppose that an expression in the New Testament reflects a Hebrew idiom, then it should be interpreted as if it were “Hebrew in disguise.” In this manner we correctly apprehend the meaning of many words and expressions in the New Testament.

It has nothing to do with what we’re taught about other aspects of the translation process so I can see why many make this a tripping point to the authenticity of Joseph Smith and the translation. It’s very interesting that people do not take the time to read the released history (since the 1800’s) that already discusses the process used to translate, and what we’re told already during our Sunday school classes on how the translation occurred when it comes up during those lessons (very seldom). Frustratingly, I think people think the church is named the Church of Joseph Smith but it isn’t. It’s named The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because we believe in, follow, study, learn about and discuss Jesus Christ in church. We talk about His gospel, His commandments, His atonement, His love and sacrifice and how we are to get back to him. Joseph’s name comes up occasionally when talking about the restoration, translation of any records that speak about Christ, and some clarity given to forgotten Christian teachings that were restored via Joseph. But, Joseph’s name is not in the name of the church he helped be restored...as much as many of the antis want it to be it’s just not.

We believe that church, its leaders, the fullness of the gospel was lost after He was crucified and his apostles were violently murdered. We do claim that Joseph was called to restore Jesus’ lost church organization to earth, when the original keys given to the apostles with Jesus being the cornerstone in His time being restored to Joseph to begin the new era of the fullness of the gospel. Hence the LATTER DAY SAINTS of the Church of Jesus Christ. Also, putting name of Jesus on a whorehouse is nothing like what we claim. That’s an invalid comparison. Proof is in every detail of the restored church; priesthood keys are there, correct teachings lost for several hundred years were clarified and are there, apostles and prophets called by God and leading the church via revelation are there, covenants and sealing are there, baptism by emersion the way Christ taught us by those of age is there, consistency is there no matter where you go in the world you see and hear pretty much the same teachings and I could go on. The ancient scripture that Joseph the prophet (like Moses the prophet and the Ten Commandments for example) translated into what would become The Book of Mormon is valid proof to any who will search with spiritual eyes and ears to the veracity of our claims. You don’t have to take our word for it. Just read the whole Book of Mormon from start to finish, meaning the ENTIRE book from the introduction through the the first book of Nephi all the way to Moroni consisting of all 531 pages that Joseph translated and you’ll see that there’s no whorehouse or outhouse behind the walls of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We believe in Christ, we Hope in Christ, we speak of and try to follow ALL of Christ’s communications with ALL of His Prophets in ALL of His revealed texts both historically, presently and those that are forthcoming. Try it: Moroni 10:3-5 3 Behold, I would exhort you that when ye shall read these things, if it be wisdom in God that ye should read them, that ye would remember how merciful the Lord hath been unto the children of men, from the creation of Adam even down until the time that ye shall receive these things, and ponder it in your hearts. 4 And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost. 5 And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things.

    • In order to secure the copyright, Joseph had to apply as the "author and proprietor." The fact is, Joseph Smith was complying with federal law (see I Statutes 124, 1790, as amended by 2 Stat. 171, 1802), which dictated the words the district clerk had to write when a person was taking out a copyright on a book. It can be demonstrated historically that many translators, including those who produced the 1824 edition of the King James Version of the Bible, were listed as "Author" to conform to this law. Besides, the 1830 edition also states that the book was a translation of ancient records. Even though Joseph Smith legally claimed his right as "author" he still inserted information making it clear that the text originated from an ancient, pre-written "abridgment" that came forth to the modern world "by the gift and power of God" and through an act of "interpretation" or translation. He indicated no less than six times that he was the translator of the text.

    • Really? So in order to "restore" the church , he had to copywrite the word of God? So, then whenever an archeologist finds a historic relic he must apply for a copywrite or patent on it? So when the Rosetta stone was found, and it allowed ciphers the ability to translate Egyptian (real, not reformed) hyrogliphs , the translations are copywrite protected by the translator?? Ridiculous on its face. Gods word CANNOT be a copywrite protected work of a man. Of course the Mormon man god person did yield to federal law with regards to plural marriage, so maybe.. No.. A copywrite only applies to original works and creations to protect authors and inventors from theft of intellectual property. Smith didn't care anything about breaking federal law, his theocratic commune and subsequent arrest and death can easily demonstrate that.

Written, and sealed up, and hid up unto the Lord, that they might not be destroyed; to come forth by the gift and power of God, unto the interpretation thereof; sealed by the hand of Moroni, and hid up unto the Lord, to come forth in due time by the way of Gentile; the interpretation thereof by the gift of God; an abridgment taken from the Book of Ether. Also, which is a Record of the People of Jared, which were scattered at the time the Lord confounded the language of the people when they were building a tower to get to Heaven: which is to shew unto the remnant of the House of Israel, how great things the Lord hath done for their fathers; and that they may know the covenants of the Lord, that they are not cast off forever: and also to the convincing of the Jew and Gentile, that Jesus is the Christ, the Eternal God, manifesting Himself unto all nations. And now if there be fault, it be the mistake of men; wherefore condemn not the things of God, that ye may be found spotless at the judgment seat of Christ.-By Joseph Smith. Jun. In conformity to the act of the Congress of the United States, entitled, "An act for the encouragement of learning, by securing the copies of Maps, Charts, and Books, to the authors and proprietors of such copies, during the times therein mentioned;" and also the act, entitled, "An act supplementary to an act, entitled, "An act for the encouragement of learning, by securing the copies of Maps, Charts, and Books, to the authors and proprietors of such copies, during the times therein mentioned, and extending the benefits thereof to the arts of designing, engraving, and etching historical and other prints." R. R. LANSING Clerk of the Northern District of New York" It would be unreasonable if Joseph Smith were to apply for the copyright and assign "God" or "the angel Moroni" as the "author and proprietor". Being a very low educated farmer, and young, it's hard to imagine him knowing any of this. There's no evidence that he had such Hebraism books in his position to learn these things. There's no evidence that he had time to sit down and study it all enough. Even the scholars in that time weren't even recognizing these many of these things. There were only a few books about Chiasmus at that time, and just one published in the United States. Considering that he translated the Book of Mormon in only 90 days, it's even more impossible to think he somehow remembered all this stuff as he was dictating words to a scribe, with his head buried in a hat. Why didn't Joseph brag about Chiasmus and other parallelisms in the Book of Mormon afterwards? All this is evidence that he simply didn't know. This video, by the same organization that made the video we are commenting on, summarizes what I said. Remember, this is only about Chiasmus, just one of the paralelisms in the Book of Mormon. kzhead.info/sun/ibmAf9eri4OpgWw/bejne.html

  • I am a bit confused - the plates were written in Reformed Egyptian NOT Hebrew. We are told Reformed Egyptian was used because it was a more compact language. If you are going to carry the plates from Central American to New York via Manti, Utah then you want to reduce the size and weight by using a more compact language. Since LDS schools have not been able to find any Reformed Egyptian in either the old world or new world no one knows how well Hebroisms would have been preserved when the plates were written. Second, the Church now teaches that that Joseph Smith used a seer stone and hat to receive the revelation that produce the Book of Mormon. Check out the Church’s essays. The plates were not even in the room. (The Church’s essays are five clicks into the Church’s homepage so you have your work cut out to find them.) While the revelation/translation process is not fully known, if one assumes that the plates played a part in the revelations then that raises some issues. One issue is that the Hebroisms would have been preserved in Reformed Egyptian. Lehi’s group left Jerusalem about 600 B.C. While Nephi did get the brass plates, other writings would have been minimal. Mulek led a group from Jerusalem in about 587 B.C. They most likely brought little if any writings. Trying to preserve a language with minimal written materials is difficult. The plates were hidden around 400 A.D. During that 1,000 year period Reformed Egyptian must have played a significant role in writing or while else why keep it. The assumption that people would have only spoken Hebrew while keeping records in Reformed Egyptian may not be valid. Due to DNA evidence, the most probable narrative is that Lehi’s people can in contact with a large native population. Because the new arrivals had superior technology they became the ruling class and stayed the ruling class even after Christ came and all the groups became one people and live peacefully for 200 years. As the ruling class, the decentness from the Old World would have preserved Hebrew but talked to the native in new world languages. That would explain why Hebrew was not spoken by any native groups that encounter Europeans. Yes, you tell a good story but the story does not match with the store of how the plates were written or translated. There is no evidence that Reformed Egyptian existed in either the old world or new world. The plates were written in Reformed Egyptian not Hebrew. There is no evidence that any group in the Americans spoke or wrote in Hebrew. There is no evidence that any group in the Americans used a written language that was based on Hebrew or Egyptian. The only pre-Columbian written language was Mayan, which is not based on any other writing system.

That is, despite the fact that Joseph was taught the bible from youth and that hebraisms happen by chance, there is still evidence of Hebrew origin in the book of Mormon because of the sheer quantity of hebraisms. Firstly, there needs to be a satisfactory approach to what is significant enough to constitute a hebraisms, then simply compare the amount of hebraisms found in the book of Mormon to those found in other books that attempt to mimic the style of the bible (of which there actually are many). You see how you have made only stated a hypothesis (that the sheer quantity of hebraisms is evidence of its ancient origin) and then assumed that the hypothesis proves itself?

Now that the LDS church has published essays on Joseph Smith's polygamy (see LDS.org), perhaps you could, now, turn your meticulous gaze toward this thorny subject. Of particular interest, to both church members and non-members alike, would be the exact number of wives Joseph had (official estimates state that there were between 30 to 40); how many were already married when they became a wife of Joseph's, and if any of them were 14 years old at the time of their marriage to Smith. Also, his relationship with Fanny Alger might merit scrutiny; Oliver Cowdrey certainly had some thoughts on the matter, as did Emma Smith. It's a broad and bewildering area of debate that will undoubtedly benefit from the forensic skill that you have so clearly demonstrated in your presentation. Every blessing, Adrian.

  • I'm surprised to see the folks at “Book of Mormon Central” still claiming that things like cognate accusative, negative questions, construct state, compound prepositions, and adverbials in the text represent significant evidence of the antiquity of the Book of Mormon because they represent uniquely Hebrew syntax. I remember being taught such things in my classes at BYU in 2001, but at this point I can’t see putting any significant weight on such things given that we now know that Gilbert Hunt managed to have all this same Hebrew syntax in his 1816 book The Late War simply by mimicking a biblical style of writing. In fact, the same things show up in the 1833 version of the D&C called the “Book of Commandments” (see New Approaches To The Book of Mormon, Appendix A). Thus, as evidence for authenticity, such things are simply not very significant at all. Chiasmus isn't very powerful as evidence because people can pull it from all sorts of texts if they try to (although the Book of Mormon's repetitive and redundant nature make it a particularly great source from which to construct them). To illustrate, people have found them in other modern writings such as those of John Taylor, Gilbert Hunt, or even the LDS gospel topics essays. Jared Demke has a website that gives all sorts of examples. James Strang's Book of the Law has a great example in its first chapter. Another really great example is Don Winegar's work identifying many of them in the Doctrine and Covenants. All of this suggests that these things can very reasonably be attributed to chance and the ability of humans to identify and construct patterns when they want to. Everyone seems to ask "but what about Alma 36," since it's a particularly long one. They feel this one can't be due to chance. Some studies designed by the Edwards brothers concluded that this chiasmus could not statistically be attributed to chance. But of course the data they applied their math to was first based on a lot of assumptions that are very much debatable. Earl Wunderli has a great article that makes some very valid points as to why their established criteria was problematic, and why this chiasmus is in many respects something that was squeezed or constructed out of the text by Welch (who first proposed it). And before you dismiss Wunderli's take without giving his reasoning serious consideration, you should note that even believing scholar and defender of the Book of Mormon Brant Gardner has gone on record stating the following: "After examining the evidence, I take Wunderli's side in concluding that the extended chiasmus of Alma 36 owes more to Welch's construction than to the plate text..." (The Gift & Power, pg 199, see footnote 7). Another believer, Blake Ostler, acknowledges that this chiasmus isn't impressive as evidence for different reasons. He notes that they contain elements that identify their content as modern in origin (he calls them "expansions" that were added by Joseph during translation). He notes: "Chiasmus can also be found in some nineteenth-century works, including the D&C. Thus, the assumption that chiasmus is an exclusively ancient poetic device appears to be false. Further, many Book of Mormon chiastic passages presuppose a doctrine of Christ developed beyond anything found in the Old Testament." (The BoM as a Modern Expansion of An Ancient Source, p. 100-101). I'm afraid that this video and many others from BoM Central are going to leave people with a very overstated sense of the power of this evidence.

    @russellash8458@russellash84584 жыл бұрын
    • Taking each point individually, I see where you're coming from. Many of these Hebraisms could have happened either by accident or by studying the Bible. I acknowledge that. However, though BMC may overstate the evidence at times, it's just as much a mistake to understate or downplay the evidence, as you seem to be doing. It isn't that these things come up just once or twice. It's the fact that they come up so frequently and consistently. Combine that with how Joseph Smith wouldn't have had the same education as Gilbert Hunt, who owned a print shop in New York and also wrote poetry (which may have helped him pick up on certain Hebrew literary techniques). Combine that with the time constraints Joseph was under, the scrutiny of translating in front of people without notes, and the sheer length of the Book of Mormon, none of which make much sense if Joseph were writing this himself. Combine that with the complete internal consistency of the Book of Mormon, despite having 377 uniquely named places and people. The evidence for the Book of Mormon is there. I don't mind that you disagree with me, but to say there is a lack of evidence is to overstate your own case, by far.

      @ConnorSmith-lh7uw@ConnorSmith-lh7uw4 жыл бұрын
    • @@ConnorSmith-lh7uw I appreciate that you concede that at least taken individually these Hebraisms can absolutely be attributed to chance and writing style. In my opinion the Hebraisms can all be very easily attributed to chance even when looked at all together, and even when considering their number. They occur in other modern books. They occur in the D&C, which suggests they don't indicate anything special. Some of them may occur in more frequency in the BoM, but in my view that is because the BoM not only tries harder to sound "scriptural," but is also particularly redundant, making it easier to construct things like chiasmus out of it when none was intended. Gilbert Hunt's education level compared to Joseph's isn't really relevant when discussing Hebraisms because the whole point is that nobody had to be aware of any of these literary forms. I don't believe that Gilbert Hunt was aware of them either, but they show up in his book. They just occur by chance in their styles of writing which resemble a scripture form of writing. The other issues you raise aren't relevant to the video, but are different topics, but I'm less impressed by them than you. I think Joseph had some unique gifts when it comes to speaking and storytelling. Gifts that you and I perhaps couldn't replicate, but some others could. Similarly, I'm a pretty good guitar player but still can't fathom how some people play what they play. It seems impossible to me (and perhaps is for me and my genetic makeup and talents). But just because it seems impossible to me and is extraordinary doesn't mean it has to be attributed to a divine being or a miracle (again, especially in light of what I see as very clear evidence of 19th century creation that far outweighs the kinds of evidences you're mentioning). In addition, Joseph had six years from the time he announced the BoM until the time he dictated it. In my view he was preparing in various ways during much of that time (I'm not saying he had any sort of complete written manuscript, just that he'd done a lot of preparation of various kinds--some of it not even directly related to the BoM when originally engaged in). Witness accounts tell us he'd go to the woods to "pray" when he couldn't translate anymore, and he could have used these times to go review an outline or just formulate more material. This is too big a topic to take on here, but hopefully you get a feel for where I'm coming from.

Others point out that Native Americans are not Hebrew and some disputations have occurred as to the origin of the Native Americans. Know where does the Book of Mormon state that all of the tribes of Native Americans are Hebrew. All that is clearly evident is that these are stories of these specific tribes, and the fact that they had increased in number while in the land. The Saints exodus from Illinois to Utah was in an almost straight line(Jeremiah 31) and they settled in a land with an inland salt sea(Like Israel), and it took 40 years for the Salt Lake City Temple to be finished! There are many curios things that the LDS history has in common with biblical prophecy.

    • Joseph Smith was imitating the scriptural style of the KJV Bible, so of course you’re going to find construct states, negative questions, etc. A contemporary example of a known non-ancient text that was intentionally written in the KJV scriptural style is The Late War Between the United States and Great Britain. This book was distributed in schools around the time Joseph Smith was a boy, so he would know about it. The First Book of Napoleon is another example of being written in the scriptural style, the first chapter reads just like the BoM.

  • The book of mormon has no ground in the history of America, cities that don't exist, animals that didn't exist in America, Jews never were in America at that time, and the different theology reading in the 1830 version of the Book of Mormon and the later editions, where we see a change into polygaism, and exaltation into becoming a god, and much more that is attacking God's word in the Bible, where God says he is from eternity to eternity, and there is no other god before Him and will not be formed anyone after Him. And that Jesus existed as far back as you can go, before time existed, and nothing exist without Jesus, not a single atom, yet, Mormon church believe the opposite, because the Mormon teachings changed, from Trinitarian faith, into falsehood, polytheistic and lawbinding, where Jesus sacrifice plays one role beside the ordonances of the Mormon church, where you need to do certain things, to fulfil these other rituals that have nothing to do with grace, yet they are required in order to become a god one day, even if that contradicts Jesus words, that we will be as angels. Much more can be discovered how fals the originator of Mormon's church was, how he was inconsistent and a false prophet, and did evil things. Mormons go by their testimony, and disregard every evidence of the past, and every thing that speaks against Mormonism, since none of those cities named in the Mormon's book never existed, and so on, and on, and on....

  • Jesus Christ asked His disciples a question concerning His identity. Peter answered correctly. But the key of the lesson is how Peter came to his conclusion. No man told him this. Man can not be trusted. Whether educated or not. All men and women have the capacity to lie. It is only through the light of Christ and Holy Spirit that one can receive an absolution to such a question. Every other choice is subject to change. Though exciting and very entertaining to watch the educated debate, it all vain. I feel like I’m on a roller coaster that goes up and down and in circles, truly going no where. So, have fun.
