I am so happy for Tanner. He always had the potential to be one of the very best but was unlucky in his first few seasons. Great to see him express his full potential.

My goodness, what a game from Tanner. We’ve always knew he had the potential, but to finally see him look this great whilst also looking incredibly comfortable at the same time is great. If him and Bello can elevate their game and take it to the next level as starting pitchers, I will be ecstatic. I couldn’t be happier for him. Because we really need our starting pitchers to step up this year after the trade of Sale, and Paxton leaving in free agency. I’m also concerned about how exactly our bullpen holds up down the line too. I’m just apprehensive about it in general tbh. I am actually more confident in our offense than I had imagined coming into the season, but they have been terrible on defense at times. Making awful errors that are totally preventable.

These guys are just not strong enough like pitchers of yesteryear. If they were smart they'd bring Trevor back and stick it to MLB. Now there's a pitcher who's strong and is always ready to throw 100 pitches or more. Think he's only 32 or 33, and would play for the minimum, Guardians like that!!!

@@brucetowell3432 I’d like to see Bauer get a chance. But when the league says radioactive… Redsox don’t need to save anyone or anything. They’re hurting elbows with this year’s uptick in sliders and greater velocity on sliders. And it’s got to be Bailey’s idea. Maybe even an incentive.

I agree, but sports training has come a LONG way. And complete games are very risky to pitchers. Just the way things are, unfortunately.
