First melody feels really emotional. Like a release of some sort. Very fitting to the concept of the track, where the first antiqlimax is the obstable you need to overcome, first melody would be the release. I also think that is more all out and special. Second melody seems closer to the original coords and somehow limited by it. The feel it gives to me is euphoric, but also like you are searching and finding something (but it is still unfinished). So for me it would make most sense, to have second melody first (after antiqlimax) and first melody last!!
