A man accused of brutally assaulting an MTA worker may not stand trial. Attorneys are now waiting for his mental health to be evaluated, but as CBS New York's Natalie Duddridge reports, transit workers are angry and demanding justice.
Who cares about their mental health??? Sick of this bs
This is a sanctuary city
With a long rap sheet & the most recent incident, he’s a danger to society & shouldn’t be let out on the streets even 1 more day
“But we can’t vote for law and order politicians! They are fascists!” 😂😂😂
I really really really hate this city so so very much.
Then why was he allowed to roam the streets if he’s on mental health watch?
Smh. I’m tired of this metal health copout. Get your meds and therapy from behind bars.
How about criminal negligence for not taking his meds? Ridiculous. Bring back mental asylums and force people to take their meds.
OMG. You risk your life for this damn place and your not even protected. F**k this place
You get what the politicians give you
@@soylentgreen9492I would get out of there ASAP n go to a red state
I would quit, it’s not goin to get better anytime soon, bail reform once again will stay the same
Alvin bragg madness
