  • Jozef is doing Jiu Jitsu to everyone. He's not always bigger, faster or stronger. He's just smarter right now. He answers every position very well. Great job by Langaker on the body-lock escape. Even if no submission, the match usually stalls there. It looked a little concerning for a minute but he got it done and kept the match exciting.

    • This you can see that he’s comfortable in every position and understands he needs to peel the layers to get to the periphery rather than just spamming passes over and over again. Using intuition to win as opposed to using random techniques In succession.

  • Man Jozef is seriously sky-rocketing, and he's only 19 ??? the fuck, dude came out of nowhere man. Started training essentially during Cxvid, its gonna really interesting where he takes this in the next few years, could easily be ADCC champ if he keeps this pace.

    • He started training way before that. I think I met Jozef right after I got my blue when he was either orange or about to get it his orange. That's one of the last stops for kids so he had been training a while. He was pretty good even back then. Schooling people twice his age. Then he hooked up with Craig Jones and them and now look at where he is at.

    • Jozef is a pretty strong wrestler; which is why I assume Langaker sat guard. Would've loved to see the wrestling match up because we just don't know how that would have turned out. But agree with you that if Langaker was able to secure a sweep and begin passing sooner Jozef would not have had fun time with it.

  • What would've happened if Tommy got the submission in the last second?? the refs forgot to start the timer in the last 4 seconds, and they went on like that for at least 10 sec..

    • Always hate it. When people walk off mats with shoes off, then go back on the mat, etc. Sometimes people go off the mats to restroom with shoes off then back on. Some people are filthy. I've even seen multiple blackbelts do it over the years.
