How to cook bone marrow. It's a fascinating food that played a role in human evolution. It's super tasty and nutritious when roasted in the oven and spread on toast. I could have this every day.

  • Two questions: where do you find/buy marrow bones like this? I've never seen anything like this at the store. And what would be a good alternative to the baguette to make it keto? Low carb tortilla maybe?

  • Just tried it and it was amazing 🤤 didn't have garlic powder for some reason so I kinda burned some crushed garlic in the oven, grinded with salt and black pepper and put in the oven again to completely dry, then put it all over the bone marrow with a drizzle of lemon juice, was a little salty for my roommate but next time I'll use garlic powder
