  • The more I think about Greene's testimony, the more I realize the prosecutor's response to her "Oh no, wait, hold on" comment should have been "Miss Greene, you do not get to change your answer when reminded that we have evidence that contradicts what you said. Let the record show that the witness has lied under oath."

  • When someone is asked if they remember something and they immediately say they don't remember, instead of spending some time actually trying to remember, then you know they do remember. She should have been reminded she was under oath, and saying you don't remember when you do remember, is in fact perjury.

Like the netherlands have a city for people suffering from Alzheimer. Everyone working their is special trained and qualified to work with people having this illness. I think that is the best place for Majorie Taylor green. This way she is treated in the best way and taken care of. People look after her and she can't harm any other people by accidently saying something she forgot not tosay because it was proven wrong or absolutely BS.

  • After a google search, I found a statement from an article stating “A witness cannot, however, repeatedly answer “I don't recall” to avoid truthfully answering questions. Being deliberately obstructive could result in a contempt finding, sanctions and even criminal punishment.” Is this accurate and does this apply to MTG.

Rather she was asked questions like did you say " Is Nancy Pelosi a traitor?" and other questions regarding her involvement in the insurrection. She shouldn't have a problem recalling her involvement with this or her comments on Pelosi/others. If her memory is that bad then her dementia would be far worse than what Biden is supposedly suffering from. My personal opinion of this is that it isn't a memory problem on her part. She's just simply refusing to give answers to questions that would incriminate her. By saying I don't remember is her way of being evasive.

  • So... Where does the line for lying gets drawn? She clearly said 'No, I never said that' right before admitting she said it; does the court have a five-second take-backsies rule or...? I am of the opinion that someone who 'cannot remember' whether or not they tried to conduct a coup should be declared unfit for office, because - taking her at face value - she apparently isn't sure is she tried to commit treason or not.   • Grossly forgetful politicians like her should be relieved of their office immediately. Can't that be considered mental incompetence? If they don't remember making impactful decisions, they shouldn't be allowed to stay in office. It's like early onset of alzheimer, they need to leave their office and receive medical help.

  • There really should be a legal consequence for people who "Don't recall" every question asked of them while testifying. There comes a point when it's very clear contempt of court, as it becomes a clear refusal to answer the questions.

  • My only weariness about Jan6 is waiting for those in politics to be held accountable, yet over a year, nothing? The main instigator running around repeating lies should be embarrassing to the DOJ, but seem afraid of him? I keep hearing what the Judge said to X45, that he wasn’t a king and not the current president, so what’s the problem in holding him accountable? Hours of video taping and remembering how delighted X45 was in his insurrectionists Army violently attacking the Capitol. Democracy is on the edge of collapsing if the DOJ remains passive concerning traitors in our government? I never thought the United States would lack the power to enforce its own Constitution and refuse to prosecute a rogue former president? But, here we are?

Sad that our judges are just as corrupt as our government. Hillary testified in congressional hearings, which Trump never will, for what almost 2 years and all they found was she used her personnel email for top secret documents that she shouldn't have.
