The built-in mic sounds better than the detachable mic.

W/ the detachable mic and the noise cancel off, you can't hear the aircon as well? Does it have something to do that it singles out your voice much better from the background noise ?

Hello! My Headset does not charge? I have charged it for a long time and it does not advance from 0% and on other occasions it appears 25% but when using them as Wireless it does not connect because they have no charge. I really appreciate your answer!

The part above the ear-cup where the slide bar slides into the jacket of the head band there is a weak spot if you look closely at the plastic you will see a thin band that band will crack with continued use, also inside the jacket of the head band where the slider meets the plastic, that plastic will crack and i didn't even stretch it like it was stretched in the video here, i think it's just a over time thing, i like that when i step away from my computer i can still be heard if i am on call, i don't have to worry about running back to my computer, i can just walk back slowly while talking, whereas with my Bose 700's i have to run back

Well, I have returned the headset I had and got a different pair now, when I went to return it they said that Asus has recalled the previous models that cracked easily and sent out better models, I've used the second pair for a while now and they have broken again in a rediculous way, the plastic jacket is broken AGAIN! The metal inside the jacket has come out AGAIN! I am a call center agent so I take calls everyday, I live in a brick house so when I go in the other room I can hear popping sounds which means it's struggling to keep connection and sometimes it disconnects, same with the microwave, it always disconnects and connects back when the microwave is running and because I take calls so when I go on a 30min break it will disconnect, so I have to push the switch off and back on to hear the other person, sometimes I forget that it has disconnected and the other person on the other side is waiting for me to answer but then obviously I switch it off and back on immediately after I realize I am in a call and then it connects, also by itself it will randomly disconnect during a call from the other person you're talking to and then you will have to switch the power button on and off for the other person to hear you again, I would say the plastic jacket needs to be changed to something stronger and some connection issues need to be addressed, then I will recommend the product otherwise no

I got this headset right... and I would vote this headset- THE BEST HEADSET. what more could you possibly want? And I don't know what it is, either I'm becoming an Asus slave-consumer, or it's the shape of my head. But these thing are reaaallyy comfortable. My ears, (slightly above average I would say) are just the right size so that I can actually choose whether to tuck them in just a bit, or use them as a cushion... I don't know if it makes sense but ye. really well thought-through product. And the functionality- I promise you, when you start using the small type c adaptor to just plug in- you're gonna be so happy you never have to think about pairing devices again. Look, this is what you need if you're a gamer. RoG flow X or Z series (with the external GPU), a pair of these strix go badboys, and mouse/controller, depending on which you prefer. And that's it, you will be sorted, at home or while traveling.

The thing is, i was considering this one over the Steelseries Arctis's but after some researching I realized the USB C dongle is either going to block my usb port or it is going to block my charging port...Went for the Nari Ultimate instead.
