I find curious that the Hebrew text written centuries before the Quran could be so misconstrued regarding which tree the fruit came from. It was the tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil that Adam was warned to avoid. He and Eve were evicted from the Garden before they could eat from the tree of Life. This life is a test to prove if our love for the things of God is genuine. Preferring to do things our way is disobedience for which there are consequences. John the apostle wrote that we love God because he first loved us. The writer of James states we are to ask of God if we lack wisdom who gives liberally without contempt. Satan is an enemy of God. He is our adversary by trying to keep us separated from God through deception. His greatest deception is he doesn't exist or have much influence. While does have a limited influence, he cannot force us to do wrong. That is up to us. Whose will should we follow? How would we know if we're right?

Sorry to ask here, but this question has been annoying me for a few years now, and I was reminded of it yesterday. Some people right now, are warning people to not pray for mercy for non-muslims after they've parished, as in don't say "Allah yirhamhm" "May god have mercy on their souls", and they're quoting the quran in a few ayat. The only one I remember right now is of Nooh (mercy be upon him) where he asks mercy for his son from Allah, and Allah informs him that he shouldn't do that. Is there any truth to this claim? Are we not supposed to pray for god to have mercy on anyone that wasn't a believer in Allah? Sorry for the long comment, and thank you for the amazing videos.
salam brother yes it's true we should not ask Allah all mighty to forgive the non-muslims after they pass away. i don't remember the hadith word for word, but that is what Allah has told us. as for why, wallahi i don't know. but that is a blessing given to the muslims to ask for each other at the time of passing as a way for us to remember Allah, get us closer as an ummah, and remember our death and that this life is temporary. hopefully this helps, if it worries u, seek knowledge, fear only comes from ignorance, and human beings are ignorant, so keep company with the knowledgeable and ask Allah to refresh your faith "Allah'uma jadid li imani". and insha' Allah this will become clear as Allah said that who ever seeks knowledge (of faith) will, He all mighty will make it easy for him (and her ofcourse).

He's arrogant and he wants others to have the same fate as him, he used to be the most faithful Jinn but was too arrogant to prostrate to Adam and his fate was guaranteed in the Quran and previous scriptures. There are other examples of people who despite knowing the truth and seeing it and them saying it's the truth yet not believing it as their ancestors did not.
