Estamos Aki meu amigo
It feels like just yesterday I heard about this song on the news. How is it already been out for a year?
i honestly cried when i heard it first
I did literally cry the first time I heard this song. Hope he RIP ❤️ 😥🌈
and its going to be a lifetime gem.
Lyrics- Just a scar somewhere down inside of me Something I can not repair Even though it will always be I pretend it isn't there (This is how it feel) I'm trapped in yesterday (This is how it will be) Where the pain is all I know (This is all I know) And I'll never break away (Can't break free) 'Cause when I'm alone I'm lost in these memories Living behind my own illusion Lost all my dignity Living inside my own confusion But I'm tired I will always be afraid Of the damage I've received Broken promises they made And how blindly I believed (This is all I know) And I'll never break away (Can't break free) 'Cause when I'm alone I'm lost in these memories Living behind my own illusion Lost all my dignity Living inside my own confusion I try to keep this pain inside But I will never be alright I try to keep this pain inside But I will never be alright I try to keep this pain inside (I'm lost) But I will never be alright I try to keep this pain inside (I'm lost) But I will never be alright I'm lost in these memories Living behind my own illusion Lost all my dignity Living inside my own confusion

Bro the lyrics to this entire song are realatable. I have been listening to Linkin Park for 20 years now give or take, and to me this is the song that hits most the most at home. It's amazing how this wasn't selected originally.... There's not a word of this song that doesn't speak to my soul. This and Fighting Myself have become not only my two new favorite songs of Linkin Park, but also of all time. They're just how I feel on a daily basis....
This is so good but you must hear “Live Not Survive” or “Whispering Wolf” by SLT 🐺🎶🤘
You can tell how much the world loves this band just by seeing comments from different languages, but all in one. Chester will live forever in our hearts and memories.

I don't think any of us in 2023 thought we'd hear a new song from Linkin Park with Chester in it. This is simply amazing and I hope they find more songs in the archives. RIP Chester.
At least, AI can be used for good too! I like that Linkin park is able to show a positive side of AI.
From what I,ve ear in a documentary about the band, for each few song in album they where hundred more that wasn't selected. So I'm sur their is some of their that was register hopefully !
@@orack6355 Id love an album with a bunch of remastered unreleased songs!
The Meteoro20th will have 3 news and a bunch of demos
@@javabl3ck Chester's voice isn't AI generated, he recorded this when he was still alive. It was meant for Meteora, but was ultimately rejected and was just sitting in LP's archives all this time. I personally think using AI to generate Chester's voice would be an insult to him.
Chester's legacy lives on with all of us
Happy Birthday Chester, legends never dies.
Imagine it's 2023. You're the biggest Linkin Park fan. You know every song. You drive through the city, the sun is shining and listen to the radio. And suddenly they're playing Lost by Linkin Park. You've never heard the song before. But you'll know right away. What a amazing feeling. Thank you so much. RIP Chester
@Prime We admire their "beauty" of the rich and famous. Are they truly beautiful? as they seem to have: - hoofs for the legs - bald heads - animal faced /birds, dogs, wolves , you name it) - tails - horns (Channels which share knowledge about this topic: Divine truth1 offshoot100 Enalpekaf News) But they "look" human?. Sure they do. They must hide, of we would kill them as we would then know, who they are (offspring of Cain = the cursed bloodline) But they "look" human?. - it is just an illusion. What`s underneath the illusion? - didn`t you already get a picture? Ever noticed that every singer has at least 1 dark song? Could it be, they sharing their experience after signing the blood contract? M J - has “thriller” K P - has “wide awake” Ever tested your ears? To see to these truly hear? The same with your eye? To see to these truly see? As BIBLE also reminds us and asking from us: Mark 7:16 If any man have ears to hear, let him hear. Mark 8:18 Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? and do ye not remember? 1 Corinthians 14:38 But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant.

Linkin Park is my childhood
I come from France and I've been listening to your music for 10 years. I never understood or try to undestood the lyrics, but from the bottom of my heart, I felt that your voice was in great pain. I only learned a few months ago what happened to Chester Bennington, and all the lyrics seem so much clearer and limpid since then. You're the only artist who can convey so much emotion through your voice, even with the language barrier. I'll never forget you, Chester Benington, for everything you've given us.

Can we all appreciate the fact that this song directly takes us back to early 2000s and the good old times?

Well said there. Nobody can touch linkin parks' epicnesss.
To be fair, it wasn't really rejected, is was more a redundancy problem. Mike Shinoda went over why the song didn't make it and apparently it sounded too "close" to Numb, with the same emotion and intensity. I still would have listened to it doe 😢
@@marcopena5117 You're right but... they composed more than 100 demos for the Meteora album. Finally they chose to put only 12 songs on the album and they wanted there to be a lot of variety in the songs. Lost and Numb are actually very similar and it is understandable why they didn't include it on the album, but I don't know many groups capable of throwing away a song as good as Lost just because it resembles another song on the album.

They were REAAAAALLY big back in Hybrid Theory/Meteora/M2M times here in Germany. Amen, couldn't agree more. The Song and Video blew me away, and then come to the comments to get an extra little treats.
Something cool is how many songs of their helps. The song Numb is only like 58m watches from hitting 2b views. Then this song is gonna get over 20m views 2morrow.
So true..
🖐️
my biggest regret in life is not seeing you guys live before Chester passed away. Thank you for all you have done!
same T___T
Most of us regret that...
you have no idea what you missed out on...Chester was amazing to see live in person. I was fortunate enough to see them twice in Australia ♥
@@cutleryseshons4193 I know, I don't live in the US or Europe and I struggled at life so I couldn't travel to see them. I wish I could have, but that won't happen ever again. I'm just thankful that I have known about LP in the first place.
Me too man… this is one of the thing that I’ve put into my bucket list
Feel weird for rocking out to someone's cry for help
Damn, this song has been out for a year and I only just heard it for the 1st time today when it got played randomly by KZhead Music and I have been listening to it for the past 5+ hours as well as watching reaction videos to this. Like so many others in the comment section, Linkin Park was a huge part of my formative teenage years. Initially I loved their somewhat angry hard/alt rock sound but over the years came to really appreciate the deep and meaningful lyrics just as much as their sound if not moreso. Thank you Chester and Linkin Park for everything and for giving us one more amazing song to come together over again.
When the girl fell and it showed a glimpse of Chester from the breaking the habit video, I held back tears. It's amazing to hear his voice again. Rest in Peace Chester. Gone but not forgotten. Linkin Park will always have a place in our hearts
Through their music and Chester's passion i survived to get to where i had a chance at life.. through his passing i found my wife in LPFamily and moved halfway around the world at 40yrs old and now have a beautiful family.. All thanks to Chester and Linkin Park 💙 Always wanted to meet him just to say Thank You 😥💙👼

Pause at 1:49 and then pause at 2:08 on the video of breaking the habit That can't be a coincidence 👌
This is so good but you must hear “Whispering Wolf” or “Live Not Survive” by SLT 🤘🔥
The vast amount of different languages in these comments shows how much Linkin Park really got to everyone. It's amazingly awesome. We miss you, Chester.

1 year ago this song came on KZhead one of the best Meteora 20th Anniversary songs. We miss you, Chester. Linkin Park forever!
2:10 My soul has never felt healed, until I sing this with Chester. I feel it too.
No one can beat the chester's voice...the full of emotions and memories. Forever in all our heart ❤️
Totally agree you!🥰
Perfectly constructed top comment

He was the voice of a generation, just like Kurt Cobain about a decade earlier.

This is an absolute gem of a song, from the golden era of Linkin Park. Really glad they decided to release this, desperately needed some new Linkin Park content 🥺
Golden Era? So you're one of THOSE. every album surpassed their last. A Hunting Party is gold. A Thousand Suns is the anthem of today's revolution.
@@nearthefarworld the pure music maybe? Let me put it like this - there is nothing like the Sturm und drang phase of the young musician…..
@@35rrfd92 i guess but the maturity they brought to the final three are almost biblical. Not that they reference the end times, but they seemed to understand something and were trying to tell us. Worker strikes, nuclear war, how to love, many extremely important themes that songs like Numb seem mundane.
Not to mention The Hunting Party is far more metal than the first two.
Has Linkin park did a live version of this song before?
I feel the same SADNESS VIBE like in the NUMB ..... i'am defenitly love this singgle
🍻🍻
Le sue canzoni mi hanno salvato dalla depressione e non usciranno mai dal mio cuore...
I can't explain in words what I felt hearing this. Thank you for everything Chester and Linkin Park
its amazing, how linkin park song keep sounding modern everytime they released new one. This song is old but why its like it made this year.
This song depicts his mental health as no other before. When you listen to the lyrics and watch the video, you can literally feel all his pain on your own. He could let everything out through music, and now we know how sick he was. One of the saddest moments in musical history. R.I.P. Chester
6 years already without you here. You helped so many. And will continue to do so. Legends never die. Rip Chester.
My depression crept up on me today , oddly on the anniversary of Chester’s passing, the singer for a band that help me through so much darkness, god I miss that guy

I'm just here to check out the ai video. The song is pretty cringe

I wasn’t aware how much I needed this today but I did. It’s like a breath of fresh air to hear Chester’s voice again
Me too
It's amazing
I'm in the same boat. It's been a rough almost year. But I really needed this today. So happy to hear his voice again.
Me too.
As a teenager I always listened to Linkin Park because I always felt like they understood what I was going through. Every time I blasted their songs in my room, my parents knew that something was wrong and after we would always talk about it, especially with my Mom. Yesterday I lost my Mom.. the day that this song came out.. I don't even know how to explain how much this song means to me and how much I needed to hear Chesters' voice.. Thank you Linkin Park, for always being there for me.. I will miss you, Ma Edit: thank you for all of your kind words LP family! i feel your love and all of your wishes, i really appreciate it! thank you so so much
♥️♾
Stay strong bud, sorry for your loss. Went through the same thing, it hurts like hell.
I am sorry for your loss. Your mother seems like a wonderful person
Omg dude I am so sorry. This song must have seemed like a godsend on such a difficult day in your life. If there is anything being in the Linkin Park community has proved it's that you are loved no matter what. And that if you feel like falling, a thousand hands will be ready to pick you back up again. Much love to you and your mother, God bless 🙏
Sorry for your loss bro, stay up! 🖤
Good music has no expiration date, and this song goes to show that. Again, RIP Chester...
FRIENDLY FIRE in 2024 reminds me of Lost in 2023, the hype for real
I started listening to Linkin Park when I was 11 years old. And here I am 23 years later, shedding tears while listening to this new amazing song. Chester got me through the worst patches of my teenage years and LP music saved me from myself. It is so damn sad that depression took him away from us, when he helped so many of his fans through their darkest times. I hope that a part of him knew how much he meant for people all over the world. Rest in peace, Chester. We will never forget you
Couldn't have both said it better myself and agree with you more it's really thanks to my dad that I started to listen to them at a young age because it was one of his favorite bands and they too saved my life Chester will forever always be my hero rest in peace Chester we all miss you so much
I also started when I was 11! I'm 34 now and they still resonate with me. Such timeless songs.
