@@Taxmt Don't forget that Byleth's second hit also triggered the Crest of Flames, which has a 20% activation chance. So the first crit occurring is a 2% chance, the second crit + Crest of Flames is a 0.4% chance, and the third crit is a 3% chance for a 0.00024% (about 1/416,667) chance of all of the above occurring in that specific order.
