  • My opinion, you missed one of the most important leadership qualities, resourcefulness. That ability to find creative, workable solutions where ‘nothing’ exists. Just like your successful landscapers story, he was resourceful. He found the solution where others saw nothing.

  • Guy may have good stuff to say, I won't know because I have too much a distaste for people with a preacher/sales personality.

    • @Angel of Death lol, brother you don't know me or my maturity level. If you did you'd realize how foolish what you just said was. I have changed my thoughts on many many things because I have spent many hours listening to people who had differing opinions, and as a consequence have shifted my perspective. I already admitted the guy might have good stuff to say but I don't believe in the sincerity of people who talk like this. I could be wrong about this person in particular however, I've had many experiences with these personality types that have often turned out exactly as I say and that is why, in general, I have a distrust in the sincerity of such. I think perhaps you should consider your own arrogance and immaturity in commenting on something you clearly didn't understand just because I said something somewhat not flattering about someone you admire especially when what I said was not even very harsh and that I already conceded in the very first part of my comment that he may in fact have good things to say.
