Actually the translation is not quite accurate. In Korean it is possible to change order of words. Eg in English, we will say “I ate ramen”, in Korean the basic grammar structure will become “I ramen ate” (나는 라면 먹었어), but it can also be expressed as “Dinner ate, I” (라면 먹었어, 나는). So the middle sentence was “Kim Taehyung, my real name is.” (김태형 이고, 본명은).
Namjoon might be the group translator but Yoongi's got his hands full as Tae's personal translator XD

I feel like Yoongi is the main "Taehyung Language" translator, also Joonie too, but I remember when Tae was doing his ending ment at their concert and kept tripping over his words and Yoongi was like "it's okay, speak slowly" and was there helping him finish what he wanted to say. I just think Tae Tae's brain works faster than his lips sometimes and he gets a bit tripped up when he talks. Most of the time, we understand him though! So cute!

This is great. Two things: 1. I love at the first when suga is explaining about “V language” because what I feel like he is trying to say is “V is not stupid he just has the different way of talking about the world”(whether or not you think there is a ship there I honestly believe V and Suga respect and care about each other.) 2. You do not have to be a Japanese speaker to find the last part hilarious. I am a native English speaker and loved it. Thanks for translating it for us it is wonderful. Never change V.

I love Suga for being V’s translator. I’m sure V’s education was disrupted as he joined at 17. I know he graduated but how much do they really learn if not I’m school each day? Also in Bromance he told Namjae that reading the motor vehicle test book put him to sleep. Maybe he may have dislexia. They should look into that.
@@ValentineEvents It might also be just bad habits. For example if his parents/grandparents/family/friends didn't help correct him if he used the wrong words it would be harder for him to learn. Maybe he didn't speak much at school and few people really thought of it as a problem or they just joked it off. He has shown his skill, creativity and intelligence enough for us to know that's no the matter.

I'm laughing so hard the entire video he's just too endearing. But jokes aside, this video also shows how much Yoongi really listen to other members even though he doesn't look like it. Most of the clips shows that he's the first one to notice Taetae language and also try to interpret it right away.

I've just realised Taehyung knows what he wants to say, but either gets the sentences or words in a different order. Other times his mind has gone faster than he can express himself. Yoongi is a joy to listen to as he steps in to interpret for Taehyung. The way he says it's V language, as he smiles knowing he is the only one who can understand Taehyung.

First... well done compilation of Tae-hyung and his eccentricities. My truth is... Tae-hyung is actually very Multi-dimensional. He thinks faster than he can put the thoughts into words. He thinks like a genius or an inventor. He functions outside the normal box. It is why folks call him ET. If I use a "Harry Potter" reference, he is not a muggle, he is very magical. Additionally, I love how Yoog-gi can understand and translate for him.

I am finding that many of the young folks now days are our next wave of humanity's evolution. BTS demonstrates a higher consciousness, global awareness, profound gratitude and love for ARMY, their deep commitment to tithing back to their community and a responsibility that I witness in many young folk today. They think and act like Tae-hyung, Nam-joon and Yoon-gi. I believe Jung-kook displays it when he gets really spaced out. I call them all "New Humans". That is why today's form of education is not serving them. BTS's original music depicted it with songs like NO.

I have a friend like this who coins new phrases regularly and I adore it. I love poetry and she sees and speaks her world so freshly. I don't like seeing people laugh and correct Tae. To be honest I always sense that Taehyung brain is way more genius than usually people have The way he thinks ... .talks...see even little things..pay attention in details.. that we don't actually pay attention is something that he thinks out of the box ...and he show's it already to the members and ARMY that how genius and observing thoughtful he is.....wither it comes about his songs.. performance... messages for Army's .. even his painting.. there's something deep meaning of that.....which actually Prove that he is not weird but Unique who thinks out of the box like average people don't do.. His multitalented Smart with a brain of full of genius thoughts that quiet fast catcher to understand easily but he can't express it as fast as his brain catch it...And for his language.. his a first learner who knows many languages more than Korean and English which he fluently can talk ..that could be a reason that he sometimes mixed the words as he knew more than one native language...I genuinely like when Yoongi and Jimin are first to understand him specially the way Yoongi explain the meaning to the rest of the members........and lastly there's no need to say how cuteness overloaded when TAE uses his Tata language💜

It was great that there was a question on Tae Tae Language in the BTS exam they did during Festa 2021. Yoongi and Taehyung have a special relationship. Yoongi has kept an eye on Tae, calming him down when he was young and a bit wild, and interpreting for him.

I speak a language and a half (English and asl) and I struggle daily and one of them isn't even a verbal language...words are hard. Taetae's brain moves faster than his mouth. He is intelligent and has an amazing way of thinking. I hope he doesn't feel discouraged!

I feel for him and also relate to him cause my brain works the same...and it gets hard when you can't fully express yourself to others properly. It messes up with your self esteem or at times your self worth But luckily Tae seems to be just fine and content in who he is❤

If you did and it affects you, consider checking out Autism Spectrum. So many people are suffering but do not know what's causing some of the traits until later in their lives. Knowing what and why you are different from others, can help you for your life. However, diagnosis of ASD is not always easy. Have a patient until the clinicians figure it out for you. I hope this helps you. Autism is not a disease. Just differently wired, that's all. It will be very helpful if you are diagnosed, though. One in 54 children are known to be autistic nowadays. There are many solutions to adapt and adjust to society well once you learn how to. Please get help. Yes, it often affects self-esteem and self-worth. That's the huge problem with neurodevelopmental disorders. But do not get frustrated and get help. Look at V. He is doing very well and has a fabulous life.

Well said. He struggles many times and does embarrass himself with tiny mistakes. Yet he manages to convey messages about life that feel significant deep and genuine. He is very human and though I am sure he would prefer not to embarrass himself his charm is in how he accepts his failings and the teasing he gets from others. He is very endearing.

I think V is highly intelligent because he is curious about everything & he enjoy challenging himself. Also, he is observant & he had an interesting perspective in every situations. Maybe some people unable to understand V's statement or they thought it was nonsense. The interpretation of the words is different due to his dialect. It almost seems like this is teahyungs first incarnation as a korean and he’s struggling to integrate the korean language into his brain and unlearn the other languages he was accustomed to in his past lived. I have similar situation with Taehyung. Sometimes, the thoughts in my head are processing faster. So in order for my mouth to keep up with it, I would also try to speak faster. That's why I would sometimes leave words behind and ended up only saying the key words instead. And when that happens, my auntie would step in and translate it for them. This usually happens when I'm getting excited or nervous.

Jokes aside, I can relate to him a lot in the sense that I struggle conveying my messages. I'd speak random words (like he does) without properly glueing them into a proper sentence. Thankfully, people around me are super helpful and cooperative. But it's not always the case you see, especially when you're communicating with unknown people.
I too struggle with the same thing and it gets really difficult to converse with people. After a conversation I keep on thinking whether I've properly conveyed the message or not.

@@delfinoworld9265 I've had brain surgery, so there is a physical reason for my language concerns. The other day I wanted to say 'musical' but it came out 'medical.' Sounds the same but means totally different things. Other times I know what it is, but can't say the right word. If I can, I'll go and get whatever it is. I just wish I was as gifted (singing and dancing) as Tae.! Thank goodness for texting and emails, although it does a bit longer for me to type something because I skip words and don't catch it until I read it over 3 times..maybe not even then. Anyway, I don't understand Tae alot of the time, but I kind of know what it feels like to have people look at you with blank faces. Love you Tae! Love your way of looking at the world. You're amazing. 🙂
@@brendamiller5785 You have a different problem from Tae. But the good news is, you can improve over time. After neurosurgery, that could happen, and it may last for a while but if you keep on practicing speaking, you will get much better. Have you worked with a speech therapist? Just like a stroke patient who had a stroke recently, they can have a language disorder, but if they work with a speech therapist, sometimes they recover 90-100%. Don't get discouraged, keep on going. However, you have to put in a lot of effort. Tae is a more congenital neurodevelopmental disorder. I am sure he's been seen by good doctors and speech therapists. I can see quite an improvement in his speech lately.

@@SugArmyy I've been dreaming of someone helping me to understand what is meant by TaeTae language for years. I'm so grateful for this video. I finally got a sense. Thank you so much. I wish the world was more spacious for people with different ways of expressing themselves and different relationships to words. I think the soul of good poetry is actually right here and it kind of kills me to see everyone trying to force his words into a cookie-cutter. He's got the mind/tongue of a poet. It kills me that the response is laughing and trying to normativise him. I have a friend like this who coins new phrases regularly and I adore it. I love poetry and she sees and speaks her world so freshly. I don't like seeing people laugh and correct Tae. He doesn't seem to like it either. Looking mad when younger and then embarrassed all too often later in life. I wish this world celebrated original brains more. In this video we see so clearly the cruelty, the genius suppression, and sparkling variety/originality that is lost by horizon-limiting consensus reality and policing.

To people who said Taehyungie might be dyslexic or anything: This is just Tae's way of perceiving things in life, also, he has an accent, Daegu accent which greatly influenced his way of pronouncing words. He is also very imaginative and had always been thinking out of the box, for example, his reason of creating Tata. Tae is not dyslexic or anything, as you can see him being an MC reading and memorizing everything are an easy task for him. He is just a unique individual, even Suga said he had a hard time believing his personality to be real and thought he was acting but gradually learned that this is just how Taehyung is. We have always known him as Kim Taehyung with a unique personality. He is just the way he is, perfectly imperfect.
