    • K. S. Shoulders back at all times, chin up, try not to look down. It’s likely if you have better posture your mental state will become more confident as well. Wear clothes that you find fit you nicely and maybe try light makeup (mascara, brow gel, highlighter) if you haven’t yet. Light makeup enhances your features which made me feel amazing! But the most important is posture. Try not to slouch and make sure your back is straight. Make people want to turn their heads!
