  • We all love that game physics for that suspension test! Progression was excellent, stairs superb, diff strengths for diff SUV versions, and then perfect crash all in glorious slow mo and good camera angle! And then you popped all those doors and hoods its surreal.

  • yeah, the visual modeling is really good, but the suspension and configs are pretty bad, and the damage model is just ok. hopefully the dev can find someone with experience modeling suspension configs and damage models to help them out with it, and make it a true beamng quality vehicle.

    • Yes the model is good, and I dont see any spiking in the J-beam structure, so it is pretty good, the suspension may be a bit stiff.

  • Would be cool to see the same vehicle but with different parameters… ie. one person drives very fast, another drives really slow, the third is driving with a fully loaded vehicle. See what the difference speed and weight do. Maybe one person has bad shocks or under inflated tires…

  • When I was using this vehicle, the engine kept stalling out. If I drove forward and then slammed on the brakes and held them, the engine would turn off. It sounds like the idle rev is too low so it just cuts out. It’s got to be the most detailed suv I’ve driven in beamng, and I’ve been waiting a very long time for the release. It’s actually one of those cars where the project actually finishes lol

    • It has a start stop automatic, you can turn it off in the circular menu

  • This is a suggestion, but it would be cool if you made another car mod like the CrashHard classic or the big CrashHard doom rig (I forgot the actual name) but instead of it being a unique car it could be a daily driver but with your unique crash physics. I know that you did turn some of the vanilla game cars into stuff like that, but I want to kinda see a fully unique car. Also, how does the Procyon Centuri mess up at the one time there is no obstacle?

  • hi have u played with gravity thingy? Earth gravity is -9.8 in the game and lifting that to -10 makes bumpy road more stable very slighlty :D

  • It's shame giant developers can't produce similar car physics... I have better enjoyment playing 22 years old game Insane then latest Forza Horizon and The Crew games, even gta4 and gta5 car physics can be modded similar to this, I really hope new TDU 3 will step it up if it's still coming

    • Maybe take out GTA IV from the list? It's has some of the best physics ever seen in a game, and I don't see any reason to complain about that.

    • @@ProGenR For my liking most vehicles have extreme body roll in gta4... Exact opposite of gta5, in 5 most vehicles have set suspension travel so short they bounce over curbs like they sitting couple inches from the frame... I have been playing with the vehicle physics in both games way too much to have it where i would like it, but i understand you might have liked it original in 4 and it would not be nothing for you

    • BeamNG is too CPU intensive for games like Forza, The Crew or GTA to replicate. These games bank on spawning a lot of AI vehicles in their world which you can't easily do in BeamNG without taking serious performance hit on your CPU. Maybe in the future it'll be possible
