If you read this, this is only a suggestion I am a retired fireman if you have all your paints and thinners in one cabinet market flammable, so if anything should happen to the garage like if it catches fire and the firemen go in, if they see the flammable stickers they’ll be extra careful not to go you know to be in there so no one gets hurt. That’s my only suggestion actually everything looks great that’s like I said my only suggestion it’s so if anything should happen, everything would be good.
Thats true, also you can add couple fire stinguishers at least 2 or 3 around your working areas and 1 close to the main door, their cheap but can save your life and lot of money too. Nice work.👍🏼💪🏼
Never knew this
For a shop this size what chemical and what size do you recommend.? Thanks
I did this to my garage once. I then bought 2 salvage cars and within 48 hours following it looked just like it did before
*2 salvage cars and 3 new chickens
Yep, we definitely have a sickness!
You should check the other side of the pallet wall for leaks at the foundation. Those water marks look fresh. It might just need a gutter and digging down a little. You don't need mold.
You should look into getting one of those shipping containers for your boxes and upcoming projects parts. They are pretty cheap and most are in good shape that would really help you out with storage space! I know how hard space is to come by!

@@agustinrodriguez9278 you got me.
Soooo happy to see that you're in a better place mentally, you look healthy and eager to continue creating.
Now I know why we had to wait so long for this video. A lot of work done an now you can work so much better and have multiple projects going at once. Looks great man. I have subscribed to a lot of channels, but yours is the one I most look forward to.
You know the garage is dirty when you need a hoe and leaf blower to move the dirt! Really amazing transformation!! Trick is how long will it stay like that 😉
Just a quick thanks Zac for your content, I really enjoy sitting down and watching your videos.
It’s great to see you looking and sounding happier each time we see you. The garage has certainly gone from the craphouse to the Penthouse, fantastic job around.
The shop looks great. All you need now is some air lines and a big TV out there and you are set.
Solid work! Many of us would happily watch garage transformation videos all day. Not everyone has a car, jet ski, or pontoon in their immediate future, but many of us have garages and love picking up tips like the retractable electric cords.
The centre lights with the fence clips is such a genius solution! Looks incredible mate!
Loving the updates to the shop it's looking fantastic so far and cannot wait to see the next update video on this once you get it full sorted.
Floor coating doesn't look like it is going to last long based on the minimal prep. Any oils underneath and it just comes up after a short while. Taking off the remnants can be worse than dealing with an unprepped floor. As others have said, check on water infiltration on the bottoms of the walls. If the wall comes close to the ground and its from splash onto the exterior wall, look into gutters or putting 3/4 stone in a strip where the drip line is so there is less splashing than dirt.
You going to put uour paint snd flammables in that locking metal cabinet if you do I'd put it next to a exit door or window do it can get some air flow 😊
Looks so good. Such a good job. Great idea with using pallets. And those fold down lights are great. Such a simple solution👍
Nice, love the organization and garage refresh! Great job!
A lot of respect brother. You put in a lot of work and get shit done. Much love from Texas
Looks awesome! You should trim out the top and bottom of the mural wall also with the palet wood. Tie it all together.
So much easier to work out of a clean garage. Looks awesome!
I'm impressed with the lights. I was going to suggest that, but i didn't think of using the fence latches. Good job. 👍
I like the integration of the faux brick paneling with the pallet wood.
Looks great! Looking forward to the completed follow up video! 😎
I have been reorganizing a 40x80ft shop to fill half of it with some park model campers as practical workstations for certain things. Its amazing how much stuff can seemingly end up in 'inventory' over time.
Heck yea man. Nothing wrong with a fresh start. Garage looks great
Nice work, looks great! I wish my garage had that much room to do something cool with.
That looked like a lot of work. That's a genius idea with the vertical light posts clipped out of the way on fence latches. I was so proud of you for using an old-school shop broom on the floor. Then you switched on the dreaded leaf blower! Maybe that's an American thing I don't understand for small (indoor) tasks. There's no arguing that the end result is a huge improvement. Well done. 👍🏼
Leaf blower is primarily for outdoor use, but can be used indoors.
@@n9wox You *could* technically use a chainsaw in the dining room to carve the turkey. Like the leaf blower, you're making more of a mess than cleaning. I get it for huge spaces and some types of debris. However, a shop broom doesn't kick 40-60 percent of the fine dust back into the airspace. It's not my mess, so I usually shake my head when I see it.
I used compressed air to clean my shop floors. So practically a leaf blower but Id like to think I have a little more control lol. Plus I have a crazy air filtration system because part my shop doubles as an big Aquarium. Both pulls the dirt from the air and filters out alot of crap from cars being started and moved. Stays clean for the most part! -From the USA as well!
@@mx5_enigma308 We can also scoop up the turkey splatter from that chainsaw, add some crumbs and salsa, form it into patties and cook them in the new air fryer. It's all very Rube Goldberg compared with just sweeping out a garage bay with a 36-inch width shop broom. It's all good for the algorithm.
This was so satisfying to watch! It looks amazing!
Such a massive improvement. Very impressive!
Great job mate, looks totally different. The ultimate workshop. Got me inspired now. Love the channel. All the best from Western Australia 🇦🇺
Looks really good man glad you’re doing better!
From shed to shop. Well done, Zach!
Looks like someone is ready to step up his game and take this you tube thing serious! And i could not be happier! Thank you! Always wanted to see more from your channel and i feel like im about to! 👍
Great video. I love the fact that no matter what you do, you put 100% into it
I would definitely want your design ideas for my 30x40 shop. You have a very creative eye for design
Looks amazing! Great job!
Looks great! Please due a part two /finished garage and or shop tour.
looks great awesome job on your garage.
12:19 I love how it turned out! Awesome transformation!
Very nice, Zach! It looks amazing! I do like the "Adam Savage" concept of "visible tools", though. "Drawers is where things go to die". But I like your simple organization. I'm getting a new garage/shop soon and you gave me some very good ideas. Thanks! Quick question: who did your "ultimate rebuilds" mural? Yourself? It's very nice. I'm glad you kept it!
diamond plate outlet covers would look awesome here
You definitely have great vision!!!👊🏻
Love it. Well done brother!
pallets look great.well done.
I remember the last ultimate garage makeover a couple years ago 😂 time for a new one 👍🏾👍🏾
Great job looks awesome keep the videos coming.
Really Nice Job Sir. Your garage looks brand new,
Looks great!
Looking good!
Usually when I say “ I don’t need it” and get it rid of it, the universe reminds me of why I shouldn’t have got rid of it, because a days later I suddenly “need it “
Great video, good motivation to clean and organize my own garage...
That looks so nice great job.
Looks great, excited for the first job out of the new digs
Zach, that's actually a pretty nice garage with a decent amount of space compared to most 2 cars. Good job!
Awesome work!
Haha thats always fun, painting a floor around things in place.
you did a great job looks fantastic
Turned out good dude..lighting will help alot
Hey Zach! You look great man! We can definitely tell you’ve been hitting the gym!!! Great work and great makeover !
Looks good!
I like the message you left on the roof of the garage with the power washer 😅
I wish I could do that with my garage / shop. Ultimate Rebuilds is one of my favorite KZhead channels.
Speaking to you as dog the master, I appreciate the extra space to streach out and chill. Thanks looks great like me.
Wow! Vevor hooked you up! That’s awesome man!
I was going to recommend hex lighting! Trent palmers hanger looks so good
Looks great, a good clean up always improves. How many pallets did you go through?
You do some cool shit man! like it all.
First time to the channel ... I like that you did just a simple paint job on the floor - make it look better/cleaner .. but more budget friendly than a full epoxy like most "garage builds" ... and like you said - it's a small/old/temp garage - no need to go all out on it
Great video, keep them coming!
Let me get that tube roller hahah. Looks good man. A Organized garage means smooth projects. 👍🏻
Cool 😎 . Looks so much better! 🤩
Excellent video Zach!
Awesome video! Keep up the movation
That look great.
What paint did you use? Looks good
If you build you a shelf in the middle up top you can put your milk crates up their out of the way and increase your storage without it getting in the way .
Nice work, please add a couple of fire extinguishers!
Amazing video on the garage renovation! How big is your garage size? Interior vs exterior
Nice work, such a big difference. 👍 Black cabinets... They darken the garage, especially when a car/s is in the garage. Also dark inside cabinets when looking for stuff. A good work bench light would be nice. 👌
Did you do much prep to the floor for paint? What brand of paint did you use? And how is it holding up?
So much more room for activities!!!
Looks much better. 👍
Looks good
Awesome video dude :) Painting over water damage was next level xD Would love to see a setup vid for the future garage.
awesome change over!
Did you try turning the sheet of faux brick 180 degrees to see if that matched up to the sheet beside it?
Good start for what looks like a nice shop. Just wanted to suggest investing in a face mask and some kind of eye protection. You should have had this before you started. I did see what could have been black mold. Also depending on where you live, insulating the walls might have been a good idea.
What is the paneling that looks like brick trust you used on the wall?
Looks good bro! Assuming you are going to continue to paint in there you may want to consider putting up a curtain of some sort to separate the bays and cut down on dust/overspray. Also really curious what you painted the floor with? Industrial paint?
Good videos Zach. Now you have me thinking about rearranging my shops. It's a lot.😂😂😂
Nothing nicer to watch than a super cute guy with some serious skills and determination.
Amazing job as always!! Do you study art? Your illustrations (beer pong table is epic) and design ideas are great!!
What was the epoxy you used on the floor?
Very inspiring, good job, Tony Ireland
Looks awesome only thing to make it look better to me would be covers for all your outlets and switches. Other than that looks great. Keep it up.
What did you paint the floor with?
Awesome job bud...
love the channel... but what is with that vertical florescent light on the wall????
I enjoyed a lot the episode. 😊
There is a spray you can use on the walls to waterproof them. I saw a hole, it's not little either, on the back wall over by your new stuff near the corner. Patch it and waterproof it. Easy and the garage will last until you want to build a bigger one, not because you have to..
