And Chelsea didn’t roll over? Their biggest loss ever to Arsenal
Nah Chelsea rolled over seasons ago, they just met us and we schooled them. Simple
@@isaacjacobs3785 Chelsea schooled Arsenal at the Bridge
@@KristianDabeski Living in the past precious ?
Chelsea were competitive for the first half. They gave it a go for that half and the game was still alive until the 2nd goal which was in the 50th minute. They forced arsenal to play well and it was only once they went 2-0 and very quickly 3-0 before they threw the towel in. Did Brighton do the same? I don't think so.
@@KristianDabeskiChelsea was Man city once. MAN City will be Chelsea before The Russia joined 😂😂😂 Arsenal is the only club in the premiere leauge with discipline and credit score. ❤
I bet Martin was not disappointed when Arsenal played Brighton and Chelsea 😂😂
He wasn’t crying when they rolled over for Arsenal 2 weeks ago
tell me you don't know what roll over means without telling me what roll over means 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@marioknight5937 What West Ham did against Arsenal. Anything else?
@@marioknight5937explain then, roll over is a team giving up knowing the other team will win, like Chelsea the other night against arsenal. Brighton actually tried to play good football and didn't change their style for city, don't see how that's rolling over against the best team in the world
@@rosscleary9110 West Ham didn't lay down for Arsenal, Arsenal just cut their asses because they were better. I can't believe y'all don't understand the difference between laying down for a team and not being good enough to win. Comprehension, analysis and perspective are fundamental.
@@user-xu4xj2cd2j Clearly you didn't watch the Arsenal Chelsea game. Let me just copy paste what I had to explain to someone else "Chelsea got their ass spanked. Understand the difference. I can't believe I have to explain this to you. Arsenal scored early but Chelsea was able to suppress the storm that Arsenal was and going into the half at 1-0. Chelsea was still in it. Oh and btw Chelsea had about 2 or 3 guilt edge chances that could have had them in the lead by half time. Chelsea didn't lay down for Arsenal they just weren't good enough to match up to them. In the second half Arsenal's quality showed. It can get no clearer than this. If you can comprehend the difference then..."
Cant question referees integrity but can question players and teams of doing the same. Hypocrisy.
Such facts
So true only difference is he is a pundit. And forest a club involved in the league. I agree with you though. Think forest had every right to come out and say what they did. How else anyone gonna listen unless they made such a big deal out of it.
Did he not watch Brighton against Arsenal? I had thought City would have a hard time at the Amex until I watched Arsenal pick Brighton apart while barely trying. I was a bit surprised that Pep didn’t go hard after goal difference.
Brighton lost the Keeper, defender both Central midfielders and none of them have been replaced add to that the injuries this season, no March or Mitomo, Enciso plus the fact they ain’t got a decent striker it’s not a surprise really
- Arsenal beat Chelsea,Great Win - City beat Brighton,Rolled Over for City - City against Establishment,no?😂
All this flip flopping 😂. "This is the tightest and best title race we've had in decades" and then "Who's going to stop ManCity, teams fear them" 🙄
Was thinking the same, chelsea rolled over and let odegard and rice tickle there belly😅
Chelsea actually put some effort in, both teams had chances to score in the first half, the xG was 1.27 vs 1.21 at halftime and Jackson and Disasi missed two sitters. Brighton just didn't care at all and rolled over from the start. De Zerbi must be the most overrated manager ever.
Chelsea absolutely rolled over. Has anyone not had that opinion?
Chelsea only gave up 1 in the first half. Brighton was bent over by half an hour.
Never seen anyone as bitter as this lmaooo
As a Liverpool fan what is disappointing is both us and Arsenal having allowed City to another title. City haven't been at their best season so credit to them.
You are spot on. I follow City and we have been really bad this season
Not sure as an Arsenal fan how we've allowed Man City to win another title, they're an incredible team. How many Arsenal players get into the City team? We're punching above our weight. You had a 5 point lead on City.
Arsenal haven’t “allowed” anything. We are still in the race with them. Not sure about Liverpool though 😅

To all Arsenal/Liverpool fans who complain about City winning another title, look at your own team who had it in their hands but couldn’t cope with the pressure. That’s one quality City possess your teams don’t the ability to deal with adversity.
This is true. But if Man City continue to dominate the league as they have done because the gulf between city and the rest is so big, what's the point?!
@@mrkeithmorgan1 In that case, what was the point when United won 13 in 21 seasons? Or when Liverpool won 11 in 18.
@58JMG exactly! Difference is Man U and Liverpool weren't facing 115 charges👍

We do look at our own team and we don't see the shadow of 115 charges handing over our head.

Keown is a hypocrite, many teams have rolled over for Arsenal (Crystal Palace, West Ham, Burnley, Sheffield United, Chelsea) and also most of those teams were also depleted
Its funny, when teams "have a go" against City everyone complains they "rolled over" when they park the bus they complain "why didnt they have a go?"

"Arsenal drew with Southampton and drew with West Ham at the business end of the season." Yep, and Liverpool lost at home to Crystal Palace and Everton at the business end of the season. Martin conveniently forgetting all the years his arsenal were regularly shipping 4s and 5s against city when they were in title races with Liverpool
Martin is feeling the exact thing us Liverpool fans have felt for years. Ill tell him as a fan. Nobody stops them Martin. As painful as it can be Citys derby rivals United have been a joke against them for 10 years. Wouldnt it have been nice during Liverpools 1 point title misses if Arsenal would have turned up ? Palace and Spurs have turned up against them oddly. So fair play to them.
Nobody stops them and lists 2 teams who played well against city. Oh the cognitive dissonance
@MrKiant are you some sort of Literalist ? No team ever has won every single game. It's what's known as generalisation. No team stops City in general. They have no historic rivals. Even Manchester United don't rouse themselves for the Manchester Derby. This is factually proven. They have very very few teams that offer a fight against them based on peps entire time at the club. I'll spell out 3 teams during a season who sometimes take points off them and not just based upon a one season sample. Literalist. Liverpool, Palace and Tottenham. Now, having been in a title race with them, I back up what I say. Martin is feeling what all Liverpool fans have felt for 7 years. You hope someone will give them a game and not wilt under their aura. But they don't. Apart from the occasional anomaly.
That bottle word has traumatized Arsenal fan so they try to call other it. Hurt People, Hurt People
Not an Arsenal fan but people are using the word wrong, you can't bottle the title every week.

Arsenal bottled it when they went to city and parked the bus, instead of saying we are arsenal and we will beat you. And that negative we come for one point will cost you the league by one point. Thats why city win leagues because they would not park the bus and accept one point.
We created chances to win that game and had more shots on target than City
If only those 115 charges aren't parked

@@dre22which chance could have won you the game? Don’t say the Jesus one where he put it wide and had a defender directly in front of him. Or the trossard one where he was clearly offside and hit it straight at the keeper. City had the clearer chances with haaland fresh airing and open net and ake missing a header from 2 yards. You parked the bus and showed no bottle from the 5th minute when haaland ran in behind the defence. From that very second. You camped on the edge of the 18 yard box. That is not a winning mentality.
Just heard Martin go on and on about Spurs and then saying Spurs fans only think about Arsenal. If only someone could explain to him in slow and clear terms the irony of that.
Spurs do only think about Arsenal because they never have anything else to play for

Keown is being quite blinkered in his analysis. De Zerbi has the biggest injury list imaginable and only a small squad. It is since that happened that there has been an inevitable fall-off in their performances. It says nothing about De Zerbi.
It says he's a one trick pony if he can't adjust his tactics and style at all. He's worse than Kompany.
9 first team injuries Martin? We cannot play a full fit strong 11 against city. Don’t blame Brighton for your own clubs shortcomings earlier in season
I'm glad Martin addressed the whole "bottling it" nonsense surrounding Liverpool, considering they have MASSIVELY overachieved all season - 9th at one stage last season and not even in the discussions pre-season due to the rebuild. They've just run out of steam and senior players hitting periods of shocking form right at the worst time. simple as. On a side note, he can't be lambasting Brighton for rolling over when Arsenal absolutely steamrolled a piss poor Chelsea team the other night 😂City fans watching that game thinking "here we go Chelsea might be the ones to take some points off our biggest rival" only to watch Chelsea not even trying to win....

De Zerbi and the team will learn from this season and bounce back I believe if given the backing from the club
Brighton didn't roll over for City, City forced them into schoolboy errors.... Unfortunately for us Arteta ripped the trust from the process against A Villa when he erred with positioning and selection...
Known is entertainment gold!,,😂😂
Can't believe Keown has the nerve to say Brighton rolled over for Man City after what Chelsea put up against Arsenal
Getting a bit bored of cartel approved pundits
So when Arsenal played Brighton and made easy work of them given how open they played which ultimately led to a 3-0 drumming, for Martin, that was a fair and solid Brighton performance. But when they play in the same ilk vs City, then Brighton rolled over? To each their own, but that seems a bit of a double standard no?
I wonder what Keown's opinion of Sheffield United's performance against Arsenal back at the beginning of March is? Or Chelsea a few days ago? Didn't both of them roll over for Arsenal?
I listened this morning and couldn't believe the sheer distain that Keown spoke with, if Arsenal didn't lose to Villa then Arsenal would in the driving seat.
De Zerbi's being linked with a few top jobs, when all he did was take over what was already a good side that Graham Potter had built. Ok, he got them to 6th last season, but they're 11th currently & Potter got them to 9th in his last season, so he's hardly taken them to another level.
Thing is I don't think they rolled over but how he tried to play like that against that city side is beyond me. They did like 10 passes in and around their own box under immense pressure. Why not just clear it? If it isn't ego from the manager then its shitty tactics. Foreign tosh, just hoof the ball out its ridiculous... We've seen City struggle when you press them all over the pitch, yes its hard to do but your not going to beat them by playing out from your box especially a team like Brighton.
I don't think he appreciates the work rate of city out of possession. Very difficult to play against.
Oh dear Keown is such a baby
I think every team that tries to play out from the back and makes a mess of it should get docked points !!!!
Yes, Chelsea did the same against Arsenal, and that was a Local Derby !!!!
If Arsenal had beaten Brighton the same way, guarantee Martin would have called it a champions performance from Arsenal! And how they were just the better side
Without a doubt, Spurs are going to decide who wins the PL……
Normal this side of the season. Mid table teams are already on holiday
Just trust the process, Arteta has transformed Arsenal and everyone has hope as compared to previous years. We are not talking of finishing top 4 but a chance of winning the league.

Who coached Palmer and Foden? Is it not Pep Guardiola and his system? So this is not propaganda, its a facts that Phil is one of the best young player and coached by the best.
Brighton certainly rolled over, no possibility of relegation or Europe, De Zerbi fed up with no money & effectively advertising for a bigger job - the Brighton players are already on the beach…
teams are settled in their positions in the table and dont have anything to fight for are rolling over and have one eye on holiday plans lol the only teams putting up a fight will be relegation or top 4 race teams at this stage of the season.
Aston Villa brings a second team against City who knows why.. and now Brighton plays like this.
