Do This to Stay on Fire for God!
"And the natives showed us unusual kindness; for they kindled a fire and made us all welcome, because of the rain that was falling and because of the cold. But when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks and laid them on the fire, a viper came out because of the heat, and fastened on his hand." Acts 28v2-3
1. You will only live in the fire to the extent of your ability to overcome excuses of the flesh
Sometimes God delivers you from the storm, and sometimes He delivers you through it.
God is not guilty, satan is not innocent and you are not worthy!
The Bible doesn’t say don’t fulfill the lust of the flesh so that you can walk in the Holy Spirit. It’s the other way around. You need the Holy Spirit to be holy.
2. Fire is kindled by someone, but it will burn by your bundle of sticks
"And the fire on the altar shall be kept burning on it; it shall not be put out. And the priest shall burn wood on it every morning, and lay the burnt offering in order on it, and he shall burn on it the fat of the peace offerings." Leviticus 6v12
Encounters that don’t produce repentance don’t bring change.
Tale of Two Sauls (1 Samuel 19v22-24; Acts 9)
One Saul went to Ramah to catch David. Another Saul went to Damascus to catch Christians.
One Saul became naked. Another Saul became blind.
One Saul felt remorse. Another Saul had repentance.
One Saul stopped doing bad. Another Saul start doing good.
One Saul became apostate. Another Saul became an apostle.
If you don’t pray you stray. Prayerlessness resurrects your old life.
If I don’t fast, my fire wouldn’t last!
Jesus said, “When”, not “if” we fast. He modeled it and expected His followers to do the same.
Fasting doesn’t increase my worth but it increases my weight
Fasting exposes the unhealthy relationship we have with food. Food has become our comfort.
Sacrifice is more than offering, it’s giving that hurts.
Sacrifice is not what you have but what you have left.
Where your TREASURE, not tithe there is your heart.
3. Fire will provoke vipers but it will also kill them.
The fire didn’t bring the viper, it exposed it. Shake it off into the fire.
Deliverance is great, and dominion is greater.

When my twin girls were 2, they were afraid of the hyenas in The Lion King. They said that the hyenas were in their closet. Instead of me scaring the hyenas off for them, I told them that hyenas were afraid of little girls. I asked, “Were there any little girls in that movie? Of course not because the hyenas would have run off and there would be no story!” They reached out their tiny arms and pointed at the hyenas commanding them to GET OUT! We never had a hyena problem again. Thank you for teaching us who we are and training us to be soldiers.

Please pray for me. Prayers are all I need and want. I get stalked and harassed on this app simply for asking for prayers. And for sharing my testimony. It’s a true sign of the times we live in. But most importantly these ppl don’t know me. I believe the devil is behind all these spiritual attacks! Trying to make me lose hope. I lost my job at Forsyth hospital for declining the vaccine. I’ve been struggling since. I declined because of my health conditions lupus, and heart disease. Since losing my job I’ve been struggling to support my children. I’m now waitressing and I’m grateful but I’m not making nearly enough. As a single mom, things have been tough on me. Both of my sons are autistic also. But even as I struggle to support myself and my children my faith in GOD is still strong! This is my message! Keep faith no matter what you are going through. Stay firm in your faith! Shipwreck- I lost what was earthly providing. When what was under my feet and kept me afloat now sinks 3. The rain- our personal private battles and is our flesh issues. Battling cycles. Repeated sin. Paul in Acts built fire while it was raining We can’t burn for God until we overcome excuses First stick for fire - Prayer= defeats pride. reason we don’t pray is bc we are proud. Before pray becomes a delight after it becomes a discipline. Take eyes off of myself in prayer, he died FOR ME. If I don’t pray, I stray. When my prayer life goes away my old life comes back to try and tempt me Second fasting - Fasting conquers our lusts. Humanity’s first temptation was with Food, Israel’s first temptation in the wilderness was food, Jesus first temptation was with food. It disrupts our idols and toxic emotions. Instead of running to the fridge I run to the Holy Spirit. My fire needs fuel, go hungry for 72 hours and come back to Jesus with power Third stick - financial sacrifice. What ever I don’t give when God ask, he will take his hand of protection off of. Whatever God doesn’t cover, the devil will. Sacrifice is a LARGE LOG in my fire Fire will provoke vipers, but it will also kill them!
