How many hours can you endure carrying a heavy boulder above your head? | Physical: 100 Ep 7-8 [ENG]
Holding up a boulder that’s larger than you for more than an hour? No wonder these games are named after Greek gods because the contestants must be superhuman 🤯

Shin Bomirae totally sacrificed herself since her team has mentioned that none of them are strong enough for this game. So she volunteered for this. Thought it was touching honestly
Respect to her
Yes, took one for the team, I always loved her attitude
Sik also sacrificed for Sung-bin so he could make it to the end cause he lost the draw and was supposed to do it. It's awesome how respectful everyone is of each other.
shes not the only one theres also that dude from sungbin’s team and sungbin almost decided to do the boulder quest but this guy chose to do this quest for him because he personally knows him and is part of the skeleton team with him so he’s also there and apparently he held hold his own so well against the car dealer guy for 2 hours
And two of their team made it. I have a feeling that one of them would win.
Thought the round would last 30 minutes max. Super impressed the two dudes made it to 2 hours. Insane.
Should've made it heavier 🤣 This is survivor type finale duration
Seriously 2hrs? I haven't watched this show. This is my first time hearing about this show. Don't even know what the show is about. 2hrs WOW. It's like strong man competition
@@jiggacho The premise of the show is 100 athletes competing in different tasks to see who has the “ultimate physique”.
@@stevethea5250 its probably super heavy Far right muscle guy gave up real soon
I thought they would do their necks in from being in such an awkward position for so long
That lady sacrificing herself was really touching. And then seeing her failing but kept trying made me almost tear up. Respect to her!
Are you sure it's a lady?
I think maybe she was hoping the weight of the stone would be based on their weight. That's only way she could win. But to be honest, all of those were extremely hard for any woman to win
@@Activated62when. They announced the challenge they said you have to lift 100kg so she knew it was going to be 100kg heavy
@@BAngel-nm7xq No, the one where you had to push the stone up and down this ramp it was 100 kg, when it was lifting the stone I'm pretty certain they didn't mention any weight, it was not same stone
its so annoying seeing her try again and again, SHES OUT. shes just distracting the other participants
They went 2hrs standing that thing on them. Much stronger than i thought both physically and mentally Liked it so bad!!!!!
kim kang min is probably on steroids or oil injections bro. he's too weak for his size.
i couldn’t believe when they showed the 2hr mark on the timer, my mind was completely blown, it’s hard to hold your arms up for 5 minutes without even holding anything but TWO HOURS?! and with such a heavy object 😭😭 they are truly built different
yeah i know the cardealer guy is very strong but WHO’S THAT OTHER GUY AND HOW IS HE SO STRONG? ik he’s part of the skeleton team with sungbin but thats crazy how he’s in the same level of strength as that car dealer guy
@@Rqblt It's easy for people who train for Strongman or Powerlifting 100kg isn't much but i would say their endurance is top tier
To stand 2 hours, arms up, without the ball .. already too much xD
They're mentally strong.
Just for clarification, the rock for lifting wasn't 100kg, the one for uphill rolling was. The Car Dealer said It was about 40kg in the episode.
I like that we all generally agree that Shin Bo mi rae was a sacrifice for her team. I don't know her specialty, but we can all appreciate kindness like that.
She's the boxer that beat the other woman boxer in 1v1
Well, they didn't call it "the Punishment of Atlas" for nothing, because that looks like torture.
Super respect for the sportsmanship all of these athletes have shown the world. Makes me care for these folks.
This show made me feel like a potato, there’s no way I would survive in any of these challenges 😂 these people are amazing
Americana needs to stop putting out these beta boy's this is what we're up against. Not only are these guy's physically strong they're mentally strong.

Absolutely amazing. These guys are tough. Impressive. I would have fainted.
2 hours those two guys are no joke real badass 💪
For me, the most intensive streaming moment in 2023 so far. Insane how long both of them endured.
The rolling boulder was 100kg, this one the bodybuilder said it felt like 50kg, which is still outrageous. I think most people couldn't even hold a beachball on their shoulders for 2 hours. edit: spelling
I can't even hold up my hand/arm for 2mins in class.
I think you underestimate most of society. We've had giant smart phones for close to 10 years now. Which we never put down 😏
@@RiceEater483 you underestimate how many times I’ve dropped my phone on my face 😑
It's not 100kg, at all
Lol. I thought they were carrying 100 kgs boulder and I wouldn't believe it. Good thing it's only about 50kg which is doable for an hour or two. Props to them for lasting 2 hrs.
Man...this show doesn't stop surprising me with the games. Can't wait for the finale!
That female was amazing! And the fact that she kept trying to lift it after she was eliminated was even more so. 👏

this show is quite fun. turned it on, wasn't expecting much, but was quickly hooked. it really has squid game vibes, minus all the fatalities.
Imagine just standing for 2 hours and do nothing but they have with rock in his head. 🤯
I like how the thumbnail says “over 100kg” but then it’s actually 50kg IF that. I was like there’s no way in hell they’re manipulating 220lbs that easily and having that pressure on their necks
This.
Props to the girl even doh she was out she still wanted to tryin lift it thats heart right there👏🏾👏🏾✊🏾

This show has been really great to watch - great characters, evryone is so supportive and talented. The editing allows you to appreciate all the games and contestants properly with no crazy foreshadowing of who's going to make it to the end (apart from iron man but who knows?!). Barely seen any "story" from some of the finalists which is cool. Hope we get a season 2
This was a great show. Looking forward to them expanding on it for the next season.
the way that sunghoon treated bomirae the way that he would want his daughter sarang to be treated (with support and respect) :')
I love how people were so amused by this show being like it showed real friendly competition and even though everyone was competing against each other they still rooting and cheered everyone one. Idk why people are so shocked about that, to me it’s just being a nice person.
It is like Fighting with yourself ,by facing your own limit. Insane.
the lady in this contest is just sacrificial
Said the same thing
She sacrificed herself. Nobody on her team had a shot at winning this but they had a shot at the other challenges. So she volunteered herself.
I must say all the women in the show were so giving and always sacrificing
Kind of annoying that she was allowed to stay up there and keep trying. She could have injured herself or disrupted another contestant.
@@colonel_bootycakes yeah they were all way too close together, that was making me nervous. To be fair though, they booted her after she and the bodybuilder bumped together and she got knocked over which seemed a bit unfair for her.
This is amazing! Another version of World Strongest Man!
This was pure insanity. I couldn’t believe what I was watching.
This is such a great show…I had to go back and watch E-6!❤
We did too. Still got a lot out of it watching a second time.
Great show to watch before gym 💪🏻
This is the best episode i think..the final was ok but this is like another level than the final
The second place deserves to move forward. That’s amazing strength!!! 2 hours!!!! I don’t even wanna stand by myself for 2 hours
I was really surprised they lasted 2 hours
The last two man is very impressive! 2 hours is unbelievable, and i think Jun Hyeong can even last more than that since he was so stable.
This was honestly one of the best head to head battles iv seen
Kim Kang Min had an interview with one of the contestant the pink hair girl which is one of the ones that survived and came back to compete. He said that during this quest he was hungry and he couldn't sleep the night before. He said that that happened to him before when he was training or the day before he is going to compete for body building. He also said that during the 2hr wait he left to go eat some food lol. I was rooting for him on this quest but it is true of what he said that his muscles are too big where he can't even rest the Boulder anywhere like the other two dudes.
naw the dude is on roids. Ppl who are juiced can't compete with others in endurance tests. The price you pay for synthetic muscle hypertrophy
Very impressive.. bravoooooo
Nice show ❤
it's simply amazing, even if the other 96 contestant participated, I'm sure only 5 will last more than 1 hour
I get tired at having to just stand for more than 10 minutes. 😂 All these guys are amazing. And it took a lot of guts for Shin to volunteer for this challenge and keep on trying
does anyone know the soundtrack that played when Sun-Ho was struggling before he lost in the boulder rolling game? It was such a dramatic, sad, and beautiful piece of music!
Probably by rolling stones
i just wrote a comment about that - are you searching for that? Game Master · Kenneth E. Belcher

oh man is ending, i will miss this show
Since Jang Eun-sil and her team's departure, the show seems to be missing the element of rooting for the underdogs.
One does not simply underdog to 2hrs
The mountain guy is now the underdog I think. Has other attributes but sheer strength . Depends on last episode. 😉

@@alfred4407 Have you ever tried lifting an object with bad balance overhead? 100 kg is doable if it were on a barbell because it has good balance. Maybe even if it was a sack/log/sandbag. On a boulder like this? No way you will be able to hold it for 30 mins, let alone 2 hours.
@@spwnker8550 i tried Lifting 40 50kg Atlas Stone in my past and I'm pretty sure I can pick it up but i don't know about holding it for an hour but I'm pretty sure that j can keep that on me for like 30 40 mins.
It seemed to me like she could hold it, and idk if they were allowed to hold it before they started, but if she had a second to practice beforehand or something to hold it against i believe she could have gotten it over her head and propped in on her shoulder or something like they did. I didn't think she could do it nearly as long as they did but seeing her try after being eliminated you could tell she wasn't trying as hard as she was before they started.
Holy hell two hours man!!! I have to rest my arms after few seconds of braiding my hair!!! Kudos to them!!!

INSPIRATION 💯💥🤜DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER....so true amazing strongminded women with BELIEF .. its contagious xx
Jus found out about this show. It reminded me of American gladiator
the more surprising thing is the ones looking didn't fall asleep.
Time is relative. With other people around them to entertain them and converse with, you lose track of time.
Netflix baited us.. It's not 100kg. It's 100 pounds.. I can pickup a 100-lb dumbbell with 1 hand, not very heavy for those big guys for sure. Just imagine lifting a skinny teenager weighing 55 kilograms.. Still impressive that they made it to 2 hours. Superhuman stamina!
I’m sure they didn’t mention the actual weight. The 100kg rock was in the Sisyphus challenge. In the atlas challenge they just called it a heavy rock. Would be pretty insane to lift 100kg for 2 hours.
Pretty impossible more like. Good luck even getting that to your shoulder in the first place with the technique they used
EPIC !!
I can't even stand normally for 2 hrs
This is some true torture punishment …. 😂😂😂
You can work out and look great with bodybuilding but at the end of the day that can only do so much. We have three types of bodies, Endomorph, Ectomorph and Mesomorph. Depending on what one you are, is what you can do. Ether you fast, a bit of both or strong. You can't be all.
Yoon Sung Bin is fast and strong.
I can't believe they let that poor lady try that one. She would had a chance in tag one at least
So we can see body-building muscles are not effective in real world. It's just muscle for muscle only.
Obviously..
Well it’s effective for aesthetic.
It’s still effective in the real world 😂. Did you even see who he was competing against? An average person can’t even hold their hand up for 15 minutes without feeling pain let alone lifting a boulder weighing 50kg. Just because he can’t compete against literally inhuman strength doesn’t mean he can’t utilize his muscles in the real world. The guy is top 20 ffs.
all steroids rly
It's the steroids, nothing to do with bodybuilding. Did you see how much he was sweating? That's the roids.
If I am that lady. I will do a back squat to bring the ball/rock up (holding the ropes by the back) Easy said then done 😅. But that’s the only option if you are unable to hoist the ball/rock up.
Precisamos de uma segunda temporada muito boa série maratonei em 2 dias
Amazing show
This reminds me of that time one of my coworkers at a construction site picked up 2 sack of cements and walk with it on his shoulder, like what I found really impressive is that a sack of cement is 42kg and it doesn't have any thing to grab on too, it's a smooth sack, and he picked up 2 of them, that's the equivalent of picking up a 84kg ball, you got to hug it to pick it up, you have no ends to grab
I always had to grab them on the sides in the middle then put them on my shoulder...had a coworker carrying two a pretty good distance across a muddy field, I thought carrying one sucked.
This reminds me of that time too
It look like just 30kg, for 3 minutes

Atlas did this for eternity 😵💫
I didnt think much of this show but gave it a shot and i really enjoyed it usually dont like watching foreign shows but this one was awesome i hope it gets a second season or an American Version really entertaining
The American version wouldn't be nearly as friendly, wholesome and sportsmanlike as this. And we'd get more focus on sob stories than athletic credentials.
All up to editing
An American version would ruin everything
I feel like in the American version it would have obnoxious contestants. The contestants here are respectful and thoughtful, maybe because in Korea Honour and Integrity is so ingrained within the Korean culture... In American culture it's really a rat race mentality sorta thing. How much can I earn while stomping over everyone.
In the next few years they will have all neck and back joint issues!!! This is actually pretty dangerous.
These are professional athletes that have risked and are risking their bodies to become the best. Any sport out there does long term damage as you age, but has that stopped people from doing it?
@Lilia Chan I suppose the juice is worth the squeeze for them.
You noticed resting 50kg on your neck for 2 hours must pose a health risk.
I cant imagine how sore these ppl would be after some of this stuff. All that time under tension and lactic acid build up would be intense
I just wanna know what is weight? Pls let me know thanks
No way those boulders are 100kg, maybe 100lb from the way they move...
This was 50kg*, 100kg was for another challenge.
How many kgs was that bolder or rock to whatever how many pounds
it's really more about technique, letting the weight rest more on your bones
The big muscular body builder didn't last as long. I'm very impressed seeing how long these two guys lasted. You can be very strong in different kind of ways.
how long did kang min last?
the guy who went out first couldn't last bc he is on roids. Juicing will make you look like a Greek god, but will destroy your endurance and stamina
Whoo. Whooo. Whoao.
