  • I do these every week now with a flat mazurenko handle. I do reps on lower weights but as I load more I start doing statics and end up with my last one being a drop set. Ive felt big improvement in my fingers with this

    • @@marcusrasborg6874 In every position outside inside. And work with Devons handle high cup and low cup will help you significantly. But it takes some time ⌚for you to feel this strength on the table.
