What is “Future 2NE1”? Future 2NE1 was a group of 4 girls under YG Entertainment who were first introduced in 2012. They were set to debut in 2016, however, their debut was cancelled. Shortly after it was cancelled, most of the girls left the company. (But eventually they all left) Future 2NE1 were not trainees who “could have” debuted in Blackpink. That was PinkPunk, a completely different group of girls. PinkPunk was the current BP members plus 5 other trainees. Gidle’s Miyeon, Secret Number’s Jinny, Soloist Jang Hanna, Soloist Kim Eunbi, & Kim Euna. yes, they wasted their time and youth in yg without properly debuted. but, if you think about how yg wasted almost $90000 per trainee per year without them pay anything back, just their time. you have to rethink who lost a lot more. yg has laid them the basic and skills like languages and variety skills for them debuting in other company and giving that company money? that's why ex-trainee of big 3 is needed everywhere and most of them can debut in other company. if you think about it, if yg ex-trainee debuted in B Company GG is it fair for B company original trainee? because yg ex-trainee join them only for 1 year? but that's what business is and yg is not the only company who did that. all of this industry is business, yg is not doing charity work giving profesional training for everyone and millions of money to debut every trainee.

the thing that I noticed from YG latest generation is that a lot of famous trainee that has been training for a long time didn't really make it except except Yedam. Even for male trainee such as raesung, noa, midam, serim, and seunghoon. It's crazily brutal

Normally they go to school and then go to the company to train. Or they train during the weekends only (if the company allows it). Depending on their age, some trainees just drop out and then get their GED after debuting. Really just depends on the person tbh

It's extremely sad that they didn't debut under YG but this is common in every single agency. Tons of trainees come and go. Trainees know going in that a debut is never guaranteed. It's a gamble with low chances but high reward. On the bright side, except for Seoyoung, their training didn't fail them. They've managed to debut and are fairly successful.

Been supporting these girls ever since the Future 2NE1 video came out. It's unfortunate that they had to leave YG after training for so long, but I believe it was for the best. I really thought Sua would debut under YG as a member of YGNGG since she really has that YG vibe and she's the last F21 member to leave. Such a strong woman. Makes me so proud.

I already fell in love with seoyeon after saw the video for the first time and fortunately she left YG after BP debut and join idol scool a year after.. She really got lucky when she appeared on idol school because BP still a rookie that time and a phenomenon because YG debuting another Girlgroup and then seoyeon became a topic because she left YG and already been famous as "future 2ne1"

What is “Future 2NE1”? Future 2NE1 was a group of 4 girls under YG Entertainment who were first introduced in 2012. They were set to debut in 2016, however, their debut was cancelled. Shortly after it was cancelled, most of the girls left the company. (But eventually they all left) Future 2NE1 were not trainees who “could have” debuted in Blackpink. That was PinkPunk, a completely different group of girls. PinkPunk was the current BP members plus 5 other trainees. Gidle’s Miyeon, Secret Number’s Jinny, Soloist Jang Hanna, Soloist Kim Eunbi, & Kim Euna. Imagine being told as a teenager, that you were going to be 'the next 2ne1'. Only for the company to dump you, when another path was taken. Dream taken away, ten years of training, an underwhelming career. Because you were promised the world and worked for it. Such a harsh industry.
They weren't even teens they were literal kids. All of them were 11-12 during the video if I'm not wrong
@@yunjeans that’s not the point, they were literally thrown a big name n pressure to be a futuree and they trained their asses, jus for them to get replaced… n delayed their chance to debut or be as successful as they would be, as they were known for being the next 2ne1.. but then they either trained longer due to being canceled n drop by their own company
yes, they wasted their time and youth in yg without properly debuted. but, if you think about how yg wasted almost $90000 per trainee per year without them pay anything back, just their time. you have to rethink who lost a lot more. yg has laid them the basic and skills like languages and variety skills for them debuting in other company and giving that company money? that's why ex-trainee of big 3 is needed everywhere and most of them can debut in other company. if you think about it, if yg ex-trainee debuted in B Company GG is it fair for B company original trainee? because yg ex-trainee join them only for 1 year? but that's what business is and yg is not the only company who did that. all of this industry is business, yg is not doing charity work giving profesional training for everyone and millions of money to debut every trainee.
the thing that I noticed from YG latest generation is that a lot of famous trainee that has been training for a long time didn't really make it except except Yedam. Even for male trainee such as raesung, noa, midam, serim, and seunghoon. It's crazily brutal

Normally they go to school and then go to the company to train. Or they train during the weekends only (if the company allows it). Depending on their age, some trainees just drop out and then get their GED after debuting. Really just depends on the person tbh
You think that's bad? have you seen jpop idol boy groups from Johnny Entertainment? They be training for like 15 years and be debuting in their late 20's.

@@kobugikobugi Yeah Idol Schol and PD48 were unreliable in their success. Fromis_9 had a few bumps in the road with their company even AFTER Idol School and are finally gaining proper traction. PD48 was super scripted it's a difficult jumping off point. So YES 2019. Chill out.

It's extremely sad that they didn't debut under YG but this is common in every single agency. Tons of trainees come and go. Trainees know going in that a debut is never guaranteed. It's a gamble with low chances but high reward. On the bright side, except for Seoyoung, their training didn't fail them. They've managed to debut and are fairly successful.
