  • Amazing to hear someone talking so candidly about mental health. I’ve made some of my best tracks with bad mental health, but it flows so much better when I’m in a better place. Thanks for sharing James.

  • James' music has been a constant for me as I battle my depression, and hearing him talk so candidly about dealing with depression as a creative is refreshing. Thank you for sharing this.

    • I feel like James' own growth and diversity in his sound of the years has mirrored and been there for me through my own struggles and growth. From my early 20s into my mid-30s now. What a talent!

  • Unfortunately, James. There is no such as "fixing your mental health". At least for most people who cannot afford long term high quality therapy. And even that doesnt help some people. What you can do, is to focus on essential things, your work & hobbies. Dont drown into your own worries. Try not to self-sabotage, but keep going forward. Find purpose through doing and being with people you like. Hope everyone has a good day!

  • Living with your borderline personality disorder girlfriend is probably the root of all your problems. You should just get out asap, Jameela Jamil and those of her ilk are sadly too toxic and just bring down those near to them. I'm a psychiatrist, but it doesnt take one to see the signs.

  • No idea why on earth he'd be using Geist1, Geist2 is infinitely better and exactly the same. It is without question THE best drum vst ever made, sadly FXpansion have bungled their entire product range, and being purchased by Roli was their ultimate death. Very very sad and a classic moronic waste of incredible IP by just another music corporation with zero fucking clue.
