No matter what all of the FUD comes out on NIO, I believe NIO is absolutely the best EV/Tech company in the world and I hope they continue building high quality beautiful vehicles. I can't wait till they come to the US, I really want an ET5 or ET7

unfortunately NIO is not planning to land in the US due to political issues
Im not a fan of Chinese cars due to many reasons and facts but for me as an expert in EV cars, NIO is the ONLY Chinese EV car brand that I would wilignly buy and use. I like the modern design and quality of components and build. Also I know who the Engineering and drivetrain partners to NIO cars are and the list is impressive. their NIO house experience is very good and give the client a sense of exclusivity. NIO is a true brand to look. great job.

Thanks again Eric, you're really on a roll here. As previously stated there is definitely an audience for some more nerdy tech videos regarding whole charging sessions, road trips with consumption numbers, distances between chargers and/or swap stations, etc. I would really like to know whether an EL7 could be the next vehicle for my family, and we do road trips to Italy (sometimes completely to the South of Italy) from Belgium each summer, also Spain and Greece are on that list.

Android Auto is really useful as a voice controled assistant. Especially in a car that doesn't have one. To bad you can't control car functions. But for math, and other Google searches I find it very useful in my old Volvo V90.
Nio should just sponsor your all the expenses for driving their car around the world with your vlog. And please i mean it please.. tell NIO there are many of us still want the aircon and drive mode in BUTTONS!!! not everything in touchscreen!!! And tell them... they need to redesign the cluster and dashboard screen to more modern or fashionable.... and most importantly... get the bloody proper hi quality of dash cam! And most of all... google app store available would be awesome! It would be awesome to allowed us to download the app for map preferable.
The "Snow removal" button in the app - what does that do? We don't have that in Norway.
I recently began investing in NIO, got in at $7.28/share - hoping things turn around for the stock soon. I have a Tesla model S, and other than the Rolls Royce Spectre (which is out of my current budget), the NIO ET7 is the only other vehicle I would consider outside of Tesla.
Another Tester was pissed about all the assistent noises in the car while driving. Same experinence?

For me ET7 is too big a car, I will go for the ET5 for the next subscription. And there is a power swap station near my office, so I do not charge my car that much.
yes! the upright window controls is really weird. We got 2 et5 and 1 et7 owners here, and none of us get it right 100%. btw the heating for the steering wheel is delibrately det to only be a little bit warm, but I also find it not that warm. hope they will built more swap stations in europe, the current 13 stations is really not enough.

Bonito pero para mi gusto mejor el ET5 y mejor todavía el nuevo ET5 Touring (que bonito!!). Aunque el Lidar y las cámaras lo afean un poco. Nio tendría que plantearse que puedas personalizar a Nomi y saliera un reloj analógico y cambios del tiempo (y durante la ruta), así Nomi solo saldría cuando le hablas. Solo Spotify es un inconveniente, debería tener también Amazon Music (más calidad de audio por el mismo precio que Spotify Premium). Pero para mí no es un inconveniente que no tenga Android Auto ni Apple Car.

btw nio unveiled their 500khw charger and a nio swap station 3.0 that can do under 2.5 mins so yeah your complaints are solved now im kinda annoyed as to how you can overlook nio day 2022? be rational i guess
Seriously? 20 min. is almost half the time vs 35 min. That's huge! A normal stop with a gas car takes 10-20 min. depending on the bathroom (1 or 2) and/or line for snacks. 20 min. to charge is great. 35 min. would be frustrating every single time with 15 min. wasted just waiting on the car. Don't rationalize that. It needs faster charging. Just due to cost, battery swap will never be ubiquitous, especially not for the long trips to the middle of nowhere to visit Grandma who goes to bed early.

It's got a screen behind the wheel and a vertical format center display with an animatronic representation of the in-Car AI. Copy it is not, but there is definite Tesla inspiration as with many Chinese EVs.
It is one class above and two notches in quality and comfort above model 3…
