I’m not gonna lie, I feel like these morning routine vids, even ones that seem more attainable like this one, lose some credibility points when you realize they work from home in the end.
I’m glad to see other doing the 9-5 type of life too it makes me feel a lot less alone

One thing I love doing in the mornings is putting down everything I need to do for the day in my Burga notebook. It's been a total game changer for my routine
I get up at 5AM and work out at home. It’s great being up so early. Quiet and not having to rush is great.

I love to see that all those things are still possible while working 9-5! Just a little remark: don't spit out the coconut oil in the sink, oil isn't supposed to go down the drain! Instead spit in the trash or a some kind of container :)
Spit the oil in the trash! It’ll harden in your pipes and ruin them over time.
