  • Great vid! Got to work OSH this year (pink shirt) and really the pilots did a great job helping everything run smooth. As a pilot myself, I'd be hard pressed to "base on the orange dot and land on the green dot" - but thousands of pilots did it flawlessly! Thank you!

  • Amazing seeing how they separate the process into narrowly defined responsibilities to prevent task saturation. Use your brain to fixate on 1 task type to minimize errors and maximize throughput.

  • Great to see what the controllers are doing there, and great episode in general. One piece of advice, try not to show off all the great fun you're having that I got to miss out on. Seem sombre that you got to do one in a lifetime activities.

  • So this is the busiest control tower for EAA and looks like a normal size tower. What is in those huge control towers at Abu Dhabi or Mumbai and others?

  • I have the pleasure of working with the controllers at the MOOCOW. We catalog the planes for them by type and tail number for their official record. Look me up next year and I'll work out a visit to the moocow. I work with Aviatiation exploring for kids from 14 to 21. If you landed long on 36 they are the crew working point at the north and center sections of the PAPA taxi way. if you got stuck in traffic on the taxi way it was us
