These exercises are great for all levels especially those who need to do standing exercises! If done consistently then you will see your fat and cellulite burned away in the glutes, hamstrings, and quads and eventually turning it into muscle!

I am going to try this, I am 58 and loosing my vitality and gaining weight! My left leg is injured but I'm going to try anyway!

Get a light resistance cord and try doing 8 reps, slowly increase to 15-20 in 4-6 wks.

I am SO happy I found you! I'm in desperate need of getting back into shape, mom of a 7 year old and have disability/physical issues so I really have to be careful what exercises I do and how much I work out. I found you last night through an ad and then found your videos. Thank you so much. You are giving me hope again to get my body back before I'm 40 (almost there, just a few more years to go). Cannot thank you enough for sharing this. Just did almost half of this exercise routine (first time) and have to stop because my legs are sore (it's been a few years since I've been able to work out properly). Hey meredith! love ya advice and your workouts. 🙂 but I am wondering if you can do a video specifically for larger girls carrying too much weight to scorch legs and work them lean. It is not possible for a heavy person to weight bare like this without possible injury. thank you!

Thank you.I'm just starting out with your exercises from your metaboost program. This one popped up on my feed. I love this one.. I am 54 yo at 215 pounds. Have a sitting job 7 hours a day and My legs hurt so bad. I'm all about short and efficient workouts. My legs from the hips down Look awful. cellulite is bad, too. I'm just starting so hopefully.This will kick my rear end in the high gear. 😊Thank you, Mere.

I like that Meredith didn’t explain how to do it each exercise before the workout started. We are a busy family so the short workouts in the morning are perfect. With some of the other videos I’m fast forwarding to get to the actual workout which can be tedious and one of the workouts I missed the beginning (oops). Anyway, I much prefer this style with just getting into it and the small pic in the left hand corner telling you what’s next. So far I’m loving these workouts, thanks so much for doing them! I’m feeling stronger and healthy already!!

This workout murdered my legs and butt. Took me days to recover. So i’m back for more But first: stretch!!! I never stretch because most workout videos don’t tell you to and I forget and always in a rush to get my workout done. Then will do foam rolling after. Hopefully that will help!

Meredith, Do these standing exercises REALLY help to reduce cellulite?? I’m what you would call “skinny fat”. I look skinny, but have a lot of cellulite on the front and back of my thighs. I haven’t worn shorts or a bathing suit in years 😏

I saw on google that if you rub Vicks vapor on your affected area that it reduces cellulite. It’s worth a try!
This worked my muscles! I couldn't even sit my muscles were so sore. I'm pretty sure it was that squat with the leg back, my muscles were hurting after the first day of being sore then they were just kind of achy but they definitely got a good workout.
