I am a new subscriber and have been watching your videos, I just want to tell you how much I enjoy them. I am so very sorry about you and your wife losing your puppy, we lost our 10 year old little guy out of the blue on Jan 17, 2020 and have no idea why or what happened, we woke up and he had passed in his sleep. We miss him everyday, he was our baby. So once again I am truly sorry for your loss.

Sorry to hear you lost your girl Makita, anyone who has owned a great dog knows the pain you are feeling. I miss my girl everyday and she will be gone a year this Feb. The chicken and biscuits looks amazing I will make that one night this week. Good comfort food for these still cold winter days.

So very sorry about Makita. I truly understand the deep pain of that loss. I have personally lost my best friend and Service Dog. She was my shadow, it took a long time to stop listening for her, holding the door that extra second and reaching to pet her at night. I hope your pain subsides soon and you open your heart and hearth to another fur baby soon. That being said, I truly want to thank you so much for sharing all of your Dutch oven recipes, tricks and advise. Keep on cookin Cookie!

Today was my lucky day, found your video! Yesterday I just cleaned my 2-Dutch ovens that sat dormant for over 22-yrs! Last fall I made my fire pit anticipating to dig em out! Am itching & excited to heat em up! So very sorry about your adorable puppy! 10-yrs is so short! 🐾🐾💔 I truly believe they come back to you, just in another form!

I lost my Italian Greyhound, Molly, yesterday. I know your sorrow. I thank God for letting me be the one she chose to love. I share your pain. It’s inevitable, but it hurts. Keep sharing your great videos. How about a large batch recipient for a family reunion where I can add the meat in late so I can dish up the meatless portions for the vegetarians. Any ideas? Maybe start a second batch for the two groups? Btw: I like leftovers that work for the basis of a second meal.
