This is quite a special video I get to share with you! :)
I'm honoured to be an Ambassador for Jumpstart Read For The Record campaign, supporting educational opportunities for ALL children!
I'll be sharing a 10min yoga class, that you can do at home with your kids (or the kids can do it together with a friend and/or sibling).
OR adults, you can even try with another adult, and just hang out in each of the poses for a while! :)
This yoga practice is created to inspire you to enjoy some more quality time with your kids, and help you to connect deeper both with yourselves, and each other :)
it's been a tough year for everyone, and a little yoga practice is exactly what we all need I think!
Let's celebrate life through moving our bodies together!

This is an all-levels welcome class. However, I do encourage you to listen to your body, and if something doesn't feel quite right, have the ability to honour that sensation and be gentle on yourself.
Remember, yoga isn't about doing all the poses correctly, it's about what we learn about ourselves as we move through each position.
