Hi
I love your vids
ITS WATERMELON TIMMMEEEE!!!
Impossible not to enjoy! And the intro was gold as usual!
🎉🎉🎉
Yo! This reminds me of a video I saw somewhere else…. Haha I love it! We should collaborate!
Yes! I love Scott’s intros. We need this collab!
Like really. I want to see this.
You! You made a video like this!!! I like Scott’s volume…
@@dcole3599 I agree! I can’t wait!
@@dcole3599 me too.
That was by far my favorite intro yet. I'm still chuckling over here. There's just something about watching someone descend into madness that really does it for me.
Definitely top 5 intros for me😂
You must be 12??
He pulled the skit off so well, a good short story about how he cant escape watermelon time.
9:22 Damn, that table might make some pretty good body armor.
Scott when his alarm goes off: "It's watermelon time!!!" * starts blasting furniture with shotgun *
Pretty much how every person feels at that time haha damn stinkin alarm take that!!
that would make an amazing video
That would be funny to see! Although his wife wouldn’t like it, except as an excuse to "redecorate" the house.
Start stalking Scott with alarm clocks... More so, When you can time it out as he's walking through the produce section.
*Blasts alarm clock with duckshot*
The last two were impressive from a raw force perspective, but dang was that flechette round frightening against the soft armor.
Lends credence to the success of the flechette rounds in Insurgency: sandstorm to be honest, in the game those rounds are damn powerful, and this shows why in detail the game is unable to
Honestly that slug+4 buckshot (minus the 8bird) could be a LETHAL option for bear or mountain lion

So good to see Scott in such a good mood after having defeated his personal demons, his watermelon time issues and his rage bursts WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA (proceeds brutalizing gummy bear for two hours) 😂🤣
🍉
That's funny.
The alarm clock bit was insane lmao
Reminder me of the twilight zone
Scott you are a wrecking machine! You are also a talented entertainer: the scripting, editing, gun education, comedic timing, character portrayal...You got it all going on man- and consistently creating high caliber content, keeping it fresh and pushing the envelope. Thanks for sharing this all with us brother.
I hope Scott saw the comment I'm replying to, cause that "high caliber" pun is perfect
Yeah I like his style too.
And the science....never go full Re-tard
Після нещасного випадку , його стало цікавіше дивитися і на лиці поправився , наче .
Those pellet rounds by Ballistic Machinist are totally overpowered! He considers those the most devastating projectiles he ever came up with! So cool!
Where exactly do you get them from?
I'm shocked he hasn't received a military contract yet for breeching rounds or something alike.
@@momochitanba9246 i mean 2 seconds it took me to google ballistic machinist and his website popped up
If brass does that just imagine what a heavier stronger projectile would do somebody needs to tell the man to make some of them pellets out of solid tungsten
Scott, everytime you upload i always get a massive smile on my face. You take a very destructive force and turn it into a lesson on safety and fun. Keep trucking Scott

My boyfriend is from Monticello Kentucky. I love the lake they have there called Cumberland lake. They just had a big UFO sighting there recently. The bug UFO channels showed the video of 2 large orange glowing spheres entering the water at the man made lake. Its the same orange glowing spheres popping up all around the world. Crazy! I love that place though. So pretty in that area of southern Kentucky. I would love to live there some day.
My boyfriend is also from Kentucky. He's from the town next to t Monticello called Albany. I LOVE guys from Kentucky from some reasons. Lol. Sexy rednecks is such a turn on for me. I know most guys won't like reading this but for me I agree. The toughest men I've ever met so far are from Kentucky. Must be something in the water there. Either that or they're smoking the bluegrass. LOL w.e. it is, I like it!
Well thank you for the compliments. I live in Kentucky myself. I live half hr away from Monticello actually. Your Boyfriend is a lucky guy. 😁
I actually know where Monticello is. It kinda reminds ya of Mayberry. Lol still have the old buildings downtown. Gorgeous there i think.
A lot of these rounds featured on Taofledermaus, so I had a general idea of how most worked… But it makes it MORE enticing to see it all tested HERE, too!
The gatekeeper is probably the best slug they have tested
You can never have too many data points in glorious HD and slow mo anyway lol
Do you happened remember what was the slug that blew through the lead plate?
@@XtreeM_FaiL not offhand, but I remember that there were a few. Most to all brass slugs that were cut to deal maximum penetration… I think I have a few of them in my Watch Later. Add: here’s the video. kzhead.info/sun/rdCSptGrjnOdd3A/bejne.html
Okay, so 2 notable slugs, both brass, are dubbed Xtremely Russian, a 1.0 (a + nosed round) and a 2.0 (looking more like a radiation sign). I can actually link the latter below in an edit. Hang on. Add: here’s the video on the 2.0 kzhead.info/sun/rdCSptGrjnOdd3A/bejne.html
I have to say, Scott is really getting the hang of those intros, I'll admit I found them to be a bit awkward once upon a time but now most, if not all of them, are clever, genuinely funny, and his acting is on point, well done mate!
And that watermelon time at the end sounded intense, a man who lost his battle with sanity :)
Most of them are really good. This one though funny, was kind of awkward.
That's, a lot, of, commas,.
The amount of variation you can get for shotgun rounds is just crazy to me. Great videos, hoping for more soon!

12 gauges are surprisingly versatile. If you can fit it into a shell, you can fire it
Yeah get you some 12ga shorts and put some smaller brass slugs in the thing. Use a hotter load to be similar to a full sized shell and boom. Destruction with more velocity and more capacity
No wonder Biden loves shotguns so much 😂
I've seen pretty much every round shot before but the fleshettes (or how ever it's written) were pretty surprising to me as all I've seen them do is tumble in the air and stick to the targets. Ballistic machinist rounds are always impressive and this time was no different, huge damage! Great video once again! Keep doing what you do, it's working!
5h8nmlmm.
i think its spelt flechettes
@@gobble3860 yep that’s right the flechettes were first used in ww1 just a history fact
Huh, the flechettes were one of the only specialty rounds I recognized
I want to see more of the tenderizer round, is very impressive the amount of energy it transfers.
Taofledermaus did some testing with it about a year ago, it's brutal.
I was gonna reccomend the taofledermaus video, but ^ he beat me to it. Thing is wicked.
Idk if Taofledermaus would be up to it, but I'd be interested in seeing a collab of the two.
@@rzrsk8rm Different types of content but it would be fun to watch.
if you watch the slow mo of it, he hit the same spot he hit with a previous round so it didnt have as much armour to penetrate through
Scott always has the perfect timing for me to have a perfect lunch break
It's watermelon time!
As ive commented many times, I keep up with the new vids and just watch the old ones as they pop up in my feed....this intro.... greatest of all time... lol
This was an absolutely solid video 100%! Your intro had be cackling like a mad man. And your take of the Doom Doom Doom rounds was hilarious! You're a great content creator thank you again for all you hard work and efforts. I look forward to seeing the next one.
The amount of energy transfer from that doom doom doom round in the soft armor was insane
I like how Scott still founds away to squeeze watermelon time in his videos and can’t keep a folding table alone 😂
What is the deal with watermelon time lol
@@tommywilliams1402 entertainment
Scotts videos are great, they’re entertaining and you can learn a thing or two about being safe handling guns, and what kind of power you’re dealing with.
I really appreciate you and your videos, thank you for all the fun and knowledge. It’s so good to see that you recovered the way you did and seeing you enjoying life and making this content. I had to have two separate artificial discs inserted through the front of my neck over the last two years. (They go in through the front and move your esophagus aside. Then insert the medical device through into your spine.) Having my throat/neck opened up even a small amount was anxiety inducing for sure. I can’t fathom what you experienced and went through. Thanks for being awesome! 😁👍
The doom-doom-doom round surprised me the most! Seeing how much damage that does with pellets (and a tiny slug) is really impressive.
You know I didn't think the slug was that small until you mentioned it, I wonder if maybe it was a smaller gauge projectile to fit the pellets behind it. 🤔
Believe it or not, those flechette rounds were used by Gunship crews during the Vietnam war. Either Cobra or Huey. Fired out of rockets, mostly used as anti-personal.
Also used in the 12 ga shotguns by guys on the ground.
They were still being used in the 80s. An AF buddy of mine loaded them.
Yep they'll punch straight through thick underbrush and soft body armor, even some car doors. I keep a couple hundred of them in my ammo stocks because I'm probably an undiagnosed sociopath.
The intro's man.....I look forward to those just as much as the video. Both are always awesome! Its crazy how far you have come from your first videos. Great video as always man!! Those last two rounds were NASTY!!!
Love the work you do!! Thanks for all the time and energy you put into your videos!!
Congratulations, you qualified for my giveaways text the number above to claim winnings
The hard armor bear may not have had a round go through them, but the crushing force would've caused massive bone breakage and internal bleeding. Especially on the last 2 from Ballistic Machinist. Even the Doom round would cause severe bruising of one's innerds. lol But the Copper and Brass rounds could and would scramble the organs like an egg. lol You did the bear a favor by putting it out of its misery!! LOL 👍👉👍🧸🔫🎆
Good thing ballistic gummy bears don't have bones or organs, then.
@@DFloyd84 I think some of these deserve to be retested on the Torso that does have bones and organs. With a helmet!! Test them on the Predinator(Predator/Terminator), too. Or even zombie WATERMELONS wearing armor. lol
If he used those pads that showed how much force would've been dealt to the body it would've been interesting.
The brass holding it's form after having passed through the soft-armor and everything is wild. Definitely did not expect that. As always, great stuff Scott!
I agree. Kentucky has some tough guys. I was in the army with a guy from Southern Kentucky and he was probably one of the toughest men on base and he was big at all. Ive always heard about Kentucky have alot of sharp shooters also. Never been but from what I've seen its beautiful. Love to go to mammoth cave some day.
I literally just left a comment saying the same basically. All except the war stuff. We don't need anymore wars. Hopefully the black lives matters people will get smart and stop being idiots as you put it before it gets that bad.
Mammoth is MASSIVE!!! Some say that the cave found in Vietnam is larger but its not. What most people don't know is that as massive as mammoth cave is, there is that much if not ALOT more thats off limits to the public. So its STILL the largest cave in the world. The caves here in the southern part of the state go really far underground too. Most people don't know this either. Some very interesting and very creepy things have been found in these caves. This is the area where another skeleton of a giant was found. It was almost 14 feet tall! Idk why they are trying to hide this. Crazy for sure.
Yes Ky does have some of the best shooters around.
@@brookeohalloran3781 I dated a guy from somerset awhile back. I was crazy about him. Unfortunately he broke up with me though....😒 I found another one so its all good. Guys in Kentucky are def in a class by themselves. 👍
Where exactly was he from in Southern Kentucky?
Another great video Scott! You strike just the right balance between information/education and entertainment; it also helps that you are obviously a good person and great Patriot! My only request is that if possible, you could maybe mention a bit more about the shells you used besides their composition and sometimes weight; knowing the general cost (ballpark, what you paid), and maybe if they were easy/difficult to find, and maybe where; would be better. Keep up the great work, and we are glad you are doing so well.
Congratulations, you qualified for my giveaways text the number above to claim winnings
The copper tenderizer was awesome! I wonder what difference in damage it would do if it was made from different metals.
Dr Scott's scientific studies on shotgun shot is proving to be a terrific endeavour. No doubt that Dr Scott will be in-line for a Nobel prize. You are truly doing God's work!
That was a fantastic intro, Scott, and my favorite rounds were the "Tenderizer" and the Brass Slug, they look like what I would want as a self defense round. God Bless and stay safe.
You can’t not love this guy’s energy
Can't beat the intros!😂 They're all great
Can we all take a moment to appreciate the characters and skits at the beginning of his videos?? That's what keeps bringing me back 😂😂😂
same! :D
Once again Scott Thank You for another fantastic show. Wow that ammo. Amazing
Thanks for sharing your time. Nice rounds.
These are some really interesting rounds. Especially the tenderizer had a cool shape. I always thought, Scott might have quit a big collection of caught rounds by now. Personally, I would display them, with a small plate, which indicates the caliber, the target it was caught in and the day I found/caught it. Would be a nice eye catcher for visitors. Also Scott's making sure, that the Gummibear population don't expand to much. Even if this means to brutally rip them apart, one by one. Greetings from Germany.
That would be a really cool display
The ballistic machinist doesn't mess around. Nice video, very cool results 👍
Doesn't Taufladermaus get his stuff from ballistic machininst?
Some stuff but not all
Man…you are one of the most vivid people on KZhead. Love the absolutely amazing content. Can’t wait for the next video!
Always enjoy, thanks for uploading ♡
I highly recommend trying out The Gatekeeper rounds, copper slug that expands out to about a 50 cent piece size projectile. Also frag/explosive rounds would be cool to see. I've also seen the Macho Gaucho called a Bolo round
As a viewer that's been watching for a while now, I've got to say that was one of the best intros to a YT video I've seen in a while. Your content is always top quality. Thanks

Those last 2 rounds were devastating. Even with the hard armor you’re looking at massive internal damage, possibly life threatening.
Congratulations, you qualified for my giveaways text the number above to claim winnings
Does anyone know what the velocities are for those rounds?
Found it on their website: Brass Pellet is 1670 fps, Tenderizer is 1620 (maybe 1520, hard to read).
Scott is killing it. I appreciate the work that you put into your videos
I swear you're one of the funniest people on KZhead, the watermelon time saga is fantastic! I started laughing so hard when a new alarm started ringing.
Was REALLY hoping to see the watermelon time… oh well. Nice new clock! Would love to see a “Lawyer reacts” to hearing those “exotic” rounds used in self defense… “So you gave a warning shot with a bunch of ducks, and then you… tenderized him?”
Always fun to watch and enjoy😉...especially the "intro skits"..the best😅
Really good video, thanks man!
Scott, seeing the shotgun ammo was cool, insane destruction! Have you seen the “cut shell” looked like a normal target or bird shot shell that was 90% cut through below the pellets. Crazy damage as well as the “dime” rounds. Would be cool to see what a zombie torso would hold up to them vs the “tenderizer” and the brass slug!
in fact. can scott just become another Taofledermaus?

Usually not the biggest fan of the openings but this one had me in hysterics. Stay sane this spooky season!
even if some of them are a little cringe, he's actually a really good actor/preformer
Our childhood hero got old (Arnold) wish he did more Schwarzenegger intros.
I keep coming back for the openings! My favorite ones are the ones with tactical t-rex.

Aww was hoping to see the dragon breath round, hehe very entertaining video. I was laughing when you said you don't want to be hit by that, thinking "this coming from a man that took an exploding 50cal to the face and lived", I'm glad you're still with us Scott, thank you man.
1:13 The way the watermelon alarm clock came back in a new state it was like, "You fool! You only made me stronger!"
That footage of the doom³ round folding that armor inside the bear was exquisite! Thanks Scott!
I think you need to stand further back with the flashats give them time to stabilize in the air
flechettes* and they dont really stabilize since theyre not perfectly straight or perfect little needles
They’re a bit too chaotic for that.
I absolutely love Kentucky. My family has been going there for years. We go to Lake Cumberland every summer and stay on our houseboat. My favorite place in the world. Scenery is absolutely breath taking! I want to retire to there some day. Theu have some of the prettiest girls too. Nothing like hot country girls. Wow! Heehee
I agree. I love that lake as well. Water was down for awhile when they were working on the Damage there. Glad its back up.
I use to go with my grandparents to lake Cumberland and I loved it there. Some of my best memories come from that place. Northern part of Kentucky isn't anything like the southern part. It looks like every other boring city but once you get in the south parts you start seeing beauty everywhere. Mtns etc. I too would love to live there when I retire.
Always love the openers in you videos but this one was gold 😂 Keep it up Scott
Man do I love the intros to your videos. Absolutely amazing!
You never disappoint with your intros. Amazing. Stay safe Scott and family as well.

We need a 2022 table destruction montage! C'mon Scott
Scott, the slow motion recoil of the shake ,rattle and rolling of the gummies bear being struck with the brass pellet was priceless $$.
That tenderizer the doom³ and the solid brass .. dang ...fun video. Thanks
A flechette is a pointed steel projectile with a vaned tail for stable flight. The name comes from French fléchette, "little arrow" or "dart", and sometimes retains the acute accent in English: fléchette. They have been used as ballistic weapons since *World War I*. Delivery systems and methods of launching flechettes vary, from a single shot, to thousands in a single explosive round.
Not gonna lie, Scott had us in the first half with that flip 😂😂
Just started watching your videos 😁 love em .have tried shooting cans of silly string?if not I believe it to be pretty interesting.thanks Kelly from southern KY

Totally agree!😂
We need you to sell “Watermelon Time” alarm clocks.
I really appreciate the work you put into your intros.
0:50 - 0:58 when the Hammer hit, that sound was so satisfying!
Unlike the last exotic ammo episode, you DID say Flechette correctly this time lol. The U.S. used those quite a bit in Vietnam as they weren’t deflected by thick brush as much as regular shot is. They just pierce through all the leaves and continue straight
I only know of them from video games lol. Like shrapnel shot almost
I bet Scott, off of camera, is just like how he is on camera! He’s just one of those guys that you can’t help but love and want to be friends with because he’s always happy go lucky!!

Your intro was about funniest in your videos. Im hooked on yours and a few other's Great Job
I love your running gags and skits. They're truly wonderful.
hilarious as always! loved the tenderizer ammo. you should get Huston to let you shoot him with the duck and the needle ammo 🤣
Those fleshettes are no joke, they are banned by the Geneva convention
@Aleksi very difficult to remove all of them
In terms of penetration, we've seen on this channel before that brass solid projectiles don't care what you put in front of them. So I can't say I'm surprised the brass pellet blasted through so well. But in terms of sheer damage potential, the Tenderizer is a nightmare. Goes through 3a armor, expands and deforms in the body and stays there! That's an all-rounder, right there.
Congratulations, you qualified for my giveaways text the number above to claim winnings
Back in the 90's when gun shows were fun, I bought some 410 shells with flechettes. I shot a small Doug Fir tree from about 20 or 30ft they all flew straight & had good penetration.
i may sometimes cringe at it, but ultimately, i absolutely adore and love how unhinged scott is, almost childish even, but thats what adds so much incredible flavour to the content thats being put out on this channel. i had to get that out. its simply incredible )
