The RakJPZ 2 HOT in War Thunder is some of the most fun I've had. This unassuming German Tank Destroyer is absolutely bonkers! 700mm of penetration, good speed and easy to aim. This is one of the tanks of all time.
War Thunder has some really janky ATGM carriers, but this thing is an absolute joy to play. I'm giving this thing a solid 10/10 for fun! :)

I agree! I love Phlydaily as well. I’m torn on this question really because both gentlemen are truly fantastic. But I do watch Odd more for his humor and content output. Both are great, and nothing against them as people, but OddBawz is the dude to watch in my opinion.

Fun fact if u stay on the A cap at 0:22 in that tiny bunker with this tank ur reload is cut down to 5sec and it skips the reload animation! Use this information wise

Couple of days ago i got my first successful nuke in this thing. It was quite stressful, since when the nuke went off we had 500 tickets, the enemies had 800 and they were less than 5 seconds from capping our base in the battle gamemode on Hurtgen Forest. But in general it is a very fun vehicles, miles better that its predecessor, which have the manual missile control.
People seem to forget that the Jpz 4-5 and these missile variants are .50 cal proof (at least in theory)

@@chandradefiant595 50cal only damages it. Now it's not 50cal proof from above. One thing with this that you have to watch out for when haul down. HEAT can kill you by just hitting you optics.

When I first played with it it was a bit higher in BR but could fire while moving and this was so beautiful. Then it was put down 0.3 and now can only shoot while standing, very sad. Was fun drifting around corners and turning enemys into rusty pieces....
i havent watched all of this yet but this was one of the funnest tds i played and it was worth me taking the extra time to catch up my td line. ill have to play it again sometime soon
My favorite tank and 8.0 line up with Gepard and M48A2 G A2. I understand why WT didn't give it spotting or arty because then it would be absolute Chaos to deal with. I expect to see hundreds of these guys this week since you let the cat out of bag on how good this thing is. Keep up the good work!

Try the amx 13 with the hot missles it's small and has a auto loaded 75. Its a wobbly platform but funny that it's just a tank from 6.7 with 4 tubes on the sides.
Can you control the rocket from binocular? I know you can aim turret from there, but wonder if it works with guided rockets too.

I’m getting close to getting this thing for my 8.3-8.7 preset, all I’m missing is a nice atgm tank for those lethal and long range hits.
Atgm missles are ass now. Except im used to it cu they now function the ay tows do in squad so i dont really struggle sith them
This thing is ridiculously good on maps with cheeky hiding spots, especially long range maps (i got 15 kills or so while sitting on top of the rock on Sands of Sinai) you can just sit behind cover while enemy tanks can do almost nothing to stop you

Probably the best AGM carrier in da game. I like big ammo capacity.
Missile busses should be allowed to guide missiles from binocular view and SPGs should be allowed to do it from three metres, or ten feet, further up.
With desert camo and a dry bush on top, you can disappear on some maps.
The cigarette pack is my favorite tank.

The missile knows where it is at all times. It knows this because it knows where it isn't. The guidance subsystem uses deviations to generate corrective commands to drive the missile from a position where it is to a position where it isn't, and arriving at a position where it wasn't, it now is. Consequently, the position where it is, is now the position that it wasn't, and it follows that the position that it was, is now the position that it isn't. In the event that the position that it is in is not the position that it wasn't, the system has acquired a variation, the variation being the difference between where the missile is, and where it wasn't. If variation is considered to be a significant factor, it too may be corrected by the GEA. However, the missile must also know where it was. The missile guidance computer scenario works as follows. Because a variation has modified some of the information the missile has obtained, it is not sure just where it is. However, it is sure where it isn't, within reason, and it knows where it was. It now subtracts where it should be from where it wasn't, or vice-versa, and by differentiating this from the algebraic sum of where it shouldn't be, and where it was, it is able to obtain the deviation and its variation, which is called error.

Odd, are you able to play the T-69 II G for China? Also the Rakjpz HOT can be a very fun vehicle to use when played correctly.
So I am wondering if this tank could do a trick that I do in Mech Arena. Can this fire one direction and be guided around in an arc pattern to come at the enemy from a totally different direction than your vehicle? I will shoot 90* or so to the side after locking on to my opponent causing the missles to come in around their cover. If you can do this then you could hit top armour or side armour on a tank that's facing you. PS I adore your content and have been binge watching it for days now. I hope you get feeling better soon.
