🛑I'm Stephanie and behind the camera, you have my sister Cloud. I started cooking at 4 years of age. What?! Yes (LOL) I pulled up a chair and my first choice was to fry an egg. I was hungry and that’s all I have to say about that experience. I would like to say I’m completely self-taught in the kitchen, but I have the lovely women in my family to thank. They taught me to honor my ancestors and to make my Mexican Cuisine comfortable for my home. I thank our creator for my curiosity and my never-ending search for the next gastronomic satiation. Cooking is a huge part of my daily life as I prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for my two American Korean/Mexican boys. I know who does that these days? Me, I homeschool my two boys and I’m grateful for every moment spent. ❤️ If you love our recipes, Please take the time to Subscribe and support our channel. Don't forget to click the bell for notifications. We upload new recipes Monday - Thursday. After all, we wouldn't be here without you 😘 Thank you 💕

  • I love your videos. I also love being able to see the list of ingredients so I don't have to handwrite them. A lot of other cooking channels don't do that, so thank you. I pretty much only watch videos with ingredients listed so I can print them quick and add notes to them during your process.

I was widowed a year ago after 36 years and have made potato cake for years but never thought about adding meat or that you can freeze them. Thank you for the great ideas. My new favorite was after making tacos I add some of the leftover meat to the potato mix...yummmm!! Keep cooking 😋

  • Just about everything I ever knew about Mexican food I learned from a taco bell menu board. My husband grew up in California and always talks about his friends mom's Mexican cooking...I guess he missed it so much he bought a cookbook while visiting in Texas , for the recipe of enchiladas. Even though he had a recipe, it was no where close. Your recipes for the spices & oils I think may make a difference in his quest for his childhood memories of food and those he grew up with. Thank you & your family for sharing your knowledge and heritage.

You mentioned that that some followers don’t care for fish. I was wondering if finding the right fish or learning how to select the right fish (everything before the cooking starts) could be the concern. My heritage is Irish so I have made many Potato Cakes. Yours are beautiful and perfectly shaped. Mine are more casual. I lovemaking them for a snack. Yours look like it could served as a special dinner. I am so happy I found you. This has made the COVID days less lonely. I love your family values. I feel like we our sister friends. God. Bless you. May he keep you and your family safe and healthy. 💐
