    • Dodgy, he's already made some high profile statements about the proposals to clobber Private Schools. He seems to be his own man. Blair gave all of his MP's Pagers to keep them 'on message'. Every time a Labour MP is interviewed they all seem to have a different view.

    • @@Jonty-1944 Dodge, Grant has already pretended to be someone else in order to flog a get rich quick scheme and do we really need to show how the Tories support private education as they mostly went to private schools and are deeply against the poor? Do we really need to show how they see it as them versus us and we should all know our place? Do we really need to show how the Tories seems to think that a rifle range for Winchester College is FAR more important than a decent education for state schools? Do we really need to show how incompetent the Tories have been these past 12 years? Do we really need to show that Blair is no longe win charge of the Labour Party and neither is Corbyn? Keep on pretending all is fine and the Tories are perfect as they continue to place their boots on our necks and demand we enjoy every men too it!

    • I liked Darren Jones until he was elected on a Jeremy Corbyn Socialist 2017 manifesto, then threw the 2019 election by helping a far right Labour Party within a party, Britain First. Then when the '19 was lost, he blamed the public not liking the manifesto, which was a lie and didn't mention the contrived moral panic as the real reason. Very sneaky. He's a far right Blairite, however good he is as Chair of the Business Committee.

    • Yes sir, this "Bottomless Arrogance" of the Tories was seen in Germany from 1933, to 1939. And is equally nauseating. History repeats itself, in this basket-case country, which the Tories would have you believe is a 'democracy'. But is actually a manifestation of what was seen in Germany, but in the post WW 2 age. In the UK. One aspect of which is the 'Church of Scientology' idealised mentality of the Tories. Where our take on the world, and factual reality; Our psychopathic judgement dictatorship, are the only ones that count; and take precedence. This is the reason why the Tories are at present acting like weasels in a rabbit warren. Foxes in a hen house. Bulls in a china shop. Is it not the case? Helped by their right wing press propaganda machine. Which has brainwashed and conditioned people into dumbly accepting their dictated status quo. And e.g. spreads the Tory poisons of divide, conquer and rule. As with the RMT union and the rail strikes. And misinformation, and disinformation. People have continued to vote for a continuation of this tyrant dictatorship, unconditionally - hence the present state of affairs. But there are clearly compelling reasons not to, any longer...

That statistic is as useful as Anne Frank's drum kit because it completely ignores the wider economic reality/picture. It is frankly desperate he comes across like a desperate toddler screeching "but mwuuuh unemployment is low" I mean what fucking difference does that make. If we consider the simple fact a lot of employed people are running up debt trying to heat their homes and can barely put food on the table. You can count them as employed but they are barely making it by they don't have a good standard of living. That is not even mentioning the fact wages since what 2008 have not moved at all so in real terms people are losing their spending power. The Tories operate in fucking economic la la land they'll some fucking stupid vague statistic and think that, that statistic wins the argument. It's primary school level economics with the Tories.... If the Tories want a more accurate statistic reflecting our current economic situation they should look at the number of working people in poverty.
