  • Another fine video, Daniel. I've been watch FitnessFAQs for years, and I appreciate your dedication to providing thorough explanations of techniques and progressions. In today's video I particularly liked the auxillary window during the planche pushup, further explaining "exaggerated scapular movement". Keep up the good work, sir!

  • Travelled hard for 15 years. What I found out: 1) A hotel room with 2 beds always has a table with 2 highback chairs. Perfect for doing deep push ups between the chairs. 2) Putting your feet on the table for head down pushups are good for increased resistance. 3) Handstand pushups in the corner allow you to concentrate on the work and not the balance aspect. 4) Aforementioned chairs are also great for doing lat dips. 5) Doing hotel workouts this way is incredibly effective, require zero added equipment and will tone you up beyond your wildest expectations when done religiously. Of course, crunches, etc. also add to the benefit. I had an absolute rippin' bod doing this after the "rock star" phase of being a travelling tech wore off.

  • Ive become addicted to your videos, they make me so pumped to train more and progress. this channel has been an amazing source of motivation for me over the last year when i first discovered it and ive reached levels ive never been on before. I also learned of excercises I've never seen before, like the horse stance, or the pseudo planche push up (which seems rather obvious, but I just never thought to do it). I also started appreciating ring excercises. Apart from all that, you also know a lot about anatomy and use professional terminology.

    @mementomori3411@mementomori34114 ай бұрын
    • You can for sure. Simply increase weight, reps or switch to harder variations for some exercises as you repeat the program. Your progress will grind to a halt eventually if you don't do that, but if you do, it can be repeated for a very long time and you will still make gains.
